They hide his identity yet he tells his story in full detail securing the fact that anyone near him that day could still identify him. I mean, we aren't talking about proof of identity like a us court. We are talking about people who will kill you because they simply recognize the story . I'd be willing to bet he fled or is already deceased.

Gabriel Gatehouse is well aware that Andriy Parybiy set the massacre up himself. Hired assassins were escorted into and out of the hotel. There is even video evidence of Parybiy escorting them out of the building and on to coaches, carrying their sniper rifles and ammo.

I believe this will do nothing but drag out the game and the only way to end it is to build gallows at every damn state capital country capital and just start using them. Always ask who benefited? In this case, who benefited from throwing a huge amount of gasoline on a fire?
I would say the people who took over the government and hand picked the new government were the beneficiaries. They just weren't only pro-west Ukrainian separatists.
Washington's involvement and media accomplices -- before, during and after the 4 month long insurrection and coup -- was in plain view.

    • @Bisquick
      @Bisquick ปีที่แล้ว +16

Bingo, cui bono? Pretty much the _only_ political question, inherently grounding explanations to a material outcome which is of course useful for parsing through a miasma of unclear assertions/interests and resolving any revealed contradictions to the best of our ability to illuminate and triangulate a more complete version of the underlying truth.
Just to supplement your point here with some macro context (as I understand it) for anyone circumstantially unfamiliar that might come across this, this fits into a continuity of corruption and covertly-supported "color revolutions" utilized throughout the "cold" war to reinforce US domination over Europe via NATO (its geopolitical functionality/purpose being to, as succinctly/directly put by its first sec.gen. Lord Ismay, _"keep the Americans in, the Germans down, and the Russians out"_ ), most apparent in the constant prevention of the Nord Stream gas/oil pipeline to Germany from ever being fully utilized.
As you alluded to, there is a leaked call of Victoria Nuland (then Ass.SecState for European and Eurasian Affairs at the State Dept, prior as US Permanent Representative to NATO, now Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs) and Geoffrey Pyatt (then US ambassador to Ukraine), in which Nuland can be heard saying _"fuck the EU"_ (the only thing the corporate media focused on at the time, devoid of all context of course, classic "limited hangout" strategy for limiting the extent of scrutiny upon revelations of undeniable facts/leaks by narrowly framing the full implications) and then "magically" picks the next Ukrainian president to replace the then-still-seated Yanukovych (more broadly this is a case-study in US "regime change"). She says, _“I don’t think Klitsch_ [Vitaly Klitschko] _should go into government…I think Yats_ [Arseniy Yatseniuk] _is the guy with the economic experience, the governing experience…“_
The immediate issue was whether to accept a loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) which was going to require a 40% increase in natural gas bills or to accept a loan from Russia with the inclusion of cheap oil and gas. The opposition wanted the Yanukovych government to take the EU/IMF loan, the US more narrowly wanted Ukraine to take the IMF loan but preferred a more limited relationship to the EU to reinforce that NATO raison d'être of US control (re: _"fuck the EU"_ lol). Yanukovych is often labeled "pro-Putin" for switching his position on which deal to accept, but never acknowledged of course is that this is an _objectively more generous_ deal on energy/investment. The opposition was comprised of different factions, undeniably including the Svoboda Party and Right Sector neo-nazi political parties and their paramilitary appendages like C14 and AZOV (for more complete continuity of the historical evolution of these groups, also see: OUN, OUN-B).
And there of course is where it all connects to financial empire of the US (for more on this, see: "Pax Americana", Bretton-Woods, US dollar as global reserve currency, "washington consensus"; ), essentially an "offer you can't refuse" in which the IMF/World Bank lends capital development in dollar loans under the stipulation of absolute control of labor/markets/resources by US corporate/financial capital, trapping nation-states in client-state "free trade" relationships of debt-peonage under which the IMF can then impose "structural adjustment" policies comprised of forced austerity to both further ossify a resource dependency/subordination to the "consumer of last resort" US and privatize any public/state-owned assets in these regions.
The US's financial empire relies on its "full spectrum domination" over global oil markets, launching itself to global hegemony post-WWII via imposing the Bretton-Woods international financial system with the US dollar as the "global reserve currency" using the leverage of being the only industrialized nation-state _not_ bombed to shit (and in fact ensuring this was the case with fire-bombing campaigns at the closing of the war, in addition to Hiroshima and Nagasaki which was undertaken merely to force unconditional surrender to the US rather than the USSR and additionally signal the ability and willingness to use such a revolutionary show of enormous force) and essentially taking the imperial baton from the British and their pound sterling.
The US has positioned itself as the "consumer of last resort" at the end of the global supply chain to absorb inevitable overproduction of capitalism through cheap consumption or of course through our favorite activity of war/arms sales (military Keynesianism, the only button we can push at this point clearly).
NATO is effectively an arms distribution network for the US military industrial complex and essentially the public face of a European sphere of US domination, covertly enforced by a "strategy of tension" template seen in things like Operation Gladio in Italy (see: "years of lead", Aldo Moro assassination, Bologna bombings, etc.) with parallel operations in every NATO country (and even the ostensibly "neutral" countries like Belgium, Sweden and Finland - Austria in fact having done an extensive internal investigation after discovering this if I recall) where the CIA directed fascist paramilitary insurgencies to stoke public fear toward particular goals favorable to US corporate/finance capital and continued US hegemony. As mentioned earlier, its internally recognized geopolitical functionality as succinctly put by its first sec.gen was to, _"keep the Americans in, the Germans down, and the Russians out"_ and it appears to merely continue enforcing this state of affairs (an important geopolitical tactic which can be traced back even prior, most immediately before WWII in suppressing the post-WWI interwar socialist uprisings in Germany, the lynchpin of advanced industrial capacity the Bolsheviks were explicitly counting on for the USSR to have any chance of success vis a vis maintaining a politically aligned defensive capacity in the global context of competing capitalist nation-states; the failure of which leading to decision to impose industrialization by force, else be relegated to the dustbin of history, ok clearly I digress lol).
At the risk of writing a book (I suppose that train has sailed in some sense lol...), some wider points of US "regime change" history further reveals and allows one to triangulate the basic macro of what I'm getting at, grounding _actual_ agency and intention to material outcomes; like Iran in '53 with Operation AJAX (Mosaddegh intending to nationalize oil, can't have that - same situation in Venezuela, that is what Chavez started) installing the Shah for the next 20+ years until a grassroots revolution took hold in '79, Guatemala in '54 with Operation PBSUCCESS, Sukarno in Indonesia, Lumumba in the Congo, the first 9/11 in '73 in Chile overthrowing democratically elected Allende for Pinochet's military dictatorship, the incredibly relevant parallel of Operation Cyclone in Afghanistan which armed the mujahideen Salafi-jihadists (later fracturing into Al Qaeda and the Taliban..."oops", its cold-warrior architect Zbigniew Brzezinski later succinctly illuminating the achieved intent: _"give the USSR its own Vietnam"_ ), et al. All of this is, insanely, merely the _tip_ of the imperialist iceberg here...
Reminded of Michael Parenti, an excerpt from his piece Mystery: How Wealth Creates Poverty, which highlights this very same dynamic under the auspices of global US empire and its "full spectrum domination":
_"In their perpetual confusion, some liberal critics conclude that foreign aid and IMF and World Bank structural adjustments “do not work”; the end result is less self-sufficiency and more poverty for the recipient nations, they point out. Why then do the rich member states continue to fund the IMF and World Bank? Are their leaders just less intelligent than the critics who keep pointing out to them that their policies are having the opposite effect?_
_No, it is the critics who are stupid not the western leaders and investors who own so much of the world and enjoy such immense wealth and success. They pursue their aid and foreign loan programs because such programs do work. The question is, work for whom? Cui bono?_
_The purpose behind their investments, loans, and aid programs is not to uplift the masses in other countries. That is certainly not the business they are in. The purpose is to serve the interests of global capital accumulation, to take over the lands and local economies of Third World peoples, monopolize their markets, depress their wages, indenture their labor with enormous debts, privatize their public service sector, and prevent these nations from emerging as trade competitors by not allowing them a normal development._
_In these respects, investments, foreign loans, and structural adjustments work very well indeed._
_The real mystery is: why do some people find such an analysis to be so improbable, a “conspiratorial” imagining? Why are they skeptical that U.S. rulers knowingly and deliberately pursue such ruthless policies (suppress wages, rollback environmental protections, eliminate the public sector, cut human services) in the Third World? These rulers are pursuing much the same policies right here in our own country!_
_Isn’t it time that liberal critics stop thinking that the people who own so much of the world---and want to own it all---are “incompetent” or “misguided” or “failing to see the unintended consequences of their policies”? You are not being very smart when you think your enemies are not as smart as you. They know where their interests lie, and so should we."_
Apologies for wall of text, clearly I have nothing better to do lol...

the colour revolution model is very simple...
You need to get a country into a difficult situation.
    Pre-prep a violent militant group.
Create a legit peaceful movement & protest re the difficult situation.
At point to stress mobilise a large peaceful demonstration.
Leave this running but slowly 'excite it' (add more militant elements/ smash things).
Shoot into gathering (by anyone put blame on govt)/ demonstration turns violent trope.
Violence suddenly everywhere (Violence spirals out of control trope)
    Old leader fights or leaves.
Old leader defeated. Moderates appear to takeover, but in their confusion the violent group actually takes over.
    Done and dusted...
    The only way out is..
    No foreign 'influence' money.
    No NGOs.
    No Americans.
sadly, the world will close again...

The army veteran is a commissioned officer that is a sniper; he hired several other foreign mercenaries at $5k each and managed to convince a Ukrainian police checkpoint to pass along with his team carrying their rifle cases as there is a video w/ audio to record the event as they found the ideal apartment to use for cover and having a vantage point to target both police and Maidan protesters to kill and to wound causing a chaotic frenzy... they wore red arm bands for identification purpose and not to mistake anyone in case of friendly fire should their position is compromised by Ukrainian police or protesters?
The army veteran is still embedded in Ukraine, joining of one the militias and he also was training the AZOV Battalion as well - this man engages to fight citizens of Donbas and Lugansk, while in communication with key US government officials to give current intel and asking for more support...

There is a documentary that interviewed the few team members telling their stories and not completely ashamed of what they've done as it was business and not personal nor political.

Let's stay true to the facts, everybody can agree to:
    - in a democracy, there is one way to change government: by free elections. not by violent overthrow!
From My understanding, free elections can only be held, when no tanks are rolling through any streets in any region. 30% overall voter turnout in "liberated" areas like Mariupol and Odessa don't really help to make things look like an improvement Yanukovich's former "Party of the Regions" is constantly loosing members through assaniations. If the "free press" takes notice (what itself is rarely the case) - they uniquely come to the conclusion that this of course is because of internal cleansings. Some former Party members or some dark shadow in the background seem to "delete their traces" - of course, I guess it's always them... wasn't this party founded by some guy called "petro porochenko"?

That could certainly be possible. But important questions remain. Why did the police hide their weapons that ballistics (dumped in a lake) linked to quite a few of the protestor's deaths? It seems a strange action to take if they believed they had done their duty? It's reasonable to say, that "our men were shot at, so we responded". Why hide it? It just makes them look like covering up something they did wrong. They look guilty of wrongdoing and hiding the evidence. Also, bear in mind even before this violence, protestors had been tortured and killed.

Finally they come clean admitting we don't know the truth jet, what happened that day. But facts have been created and once more there was a press sporting a on sided view on both sides when nothing was clear jet. Another example how easy it is to use Situations like this to create Political and Geo strategical realty and then ask Questions when its to late. Will we learn and ask critical Questions right away next Time? I have my doubts! In my Opinion both sides seek there interest and don't mind to use dirty tricks to get there! Humans are not important in this Calculations they are just collateral. This is all not about Freedom ore Human rights ore Morality its a sick and stupid Game and The Press is playing to many times the helping hand to this forces willingly or unwillingly dose not make a difference the outcome is the same. But we common People have a share in this, to many of us don't pay intension don't ask enough Questions. @bighandg 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Nice try. His information is well documented, unlike the mystery everyone else talks about.
"The comprehensive analysis of the massacre, some 100 testimonies, primarily by Maidan protesters, forensic ballistic and medical examinations made public during the Maidan massacre trial, and synchronized videos of the massacre show that at least the absolute majority of the protesters were killed on February 20, 2014 from the Maidan-controlled buildings and areas, in particular, the Hotel Ukraina. In its official statement, Svoboda stated that its activists took the Hotel Ukraina under their control and guard on January 25, 2014.
      44
Similar statement was made by the Svoboda leader from the Maidan stage. Numerous videos show that the inside hotel remained under control of protesters when the government forces seized the territory around it in the late afternoon on February 18 and that the outside perimeter of the hotel was unblocked by protesters around the time when the Maidan massacre started on February 20. This is consistent with videos from the hotel and statements by the commander of the Self-Defense unit and hotel staff who said that police never entered the hotel and that this unit guarded the hotel entrance all this time since the end of January, specifically during the Maidan massacre."
This is all documented. Then ask yourself, who benefited? Fascist elements ended up in positions of power in the government and military.

If this is how shallow you think
Then I can't help but laugh at you.
This particular event played into the hands of those who are anti Russian in Ukraine
So what was Russia gonna gain at that time
Provoke more people into the russophobic sentiment?
Is that how stupid you think the Russians are?
If anything they were at the bad end of this
      And secondly
Why do you think this particular case was swept under the carpet
With no arrest or persecution of any offender huh?
      For starters
Alot of top ultra nationalist ended into top brass of govt and are still pulling the strings till date
So think objectively and quit this shallow way of thinking please cus it shows how blinded you are
