Serengeti, preserved in the image of its creation. A strange change has swept across the vast beautiful plains. Heavy rain in the dry season, while the wet season grows shorter and drier. Harsh climate change has finally moved onto the deep meadows of the Serengeti... There is only one rule in the plains, live or die. However, the wild animals are acting against their primal instincts to survive. Cheetahs, alone by nature, form packs and live together, while the lion, king of the savannah, abandons all pride, accepting dead meat after travelling hundreds of kilometers for prey. A daily battle for survival in the Serengeti. Just as the migration of the wildebeests continues for tens of thousands of years, the wild animals will forever adapt to the changing environment. This fierce effort keeps the Serengeti alive, and makes it a true breathing heritage. Thanks to Jongryul Lee who is the original copyright holder of Big Cats in the Serengeti for sharing this film. The video portion of this documentary is excellent. Too bad the narrative is so terrible. From the monotone computer generated voice to the less then stellar writing. Stop giving these magnificent animals human qualities.
@@00tonytone I hear you there. But that voice is far more troubling with regards to 'information' it claims to produce. It is absolutely wrong repeatedly throughout the documentary. Someone will watch this with the desire to inform themselves and their curiosity will then be unknowingly sated by total BS. Such is the dangerous spread of modern day ignorance.
Really beautiful Moto and Nyota and so is the love story . Wish them live happily and strong in the wild. Well edited video. Narrator made documentary more touching and vivd❤️❤️
Thank you for sharing this beautiful documentary. We enjoyed watching all the magnificent animals and how they live. The scenery was great. Looking forward for more!
I don't care what ya'll say about this narrator But if you love comedy, animals and think outside the box you would appreciate this guys mind reading skills "Thumbs up" from me
Big cats’ journeys of life are so dramatic~💯❣️♡ Moreover, diverse sunsets in the Serengeti are magnificent~🥰💞 Thank you for sharing this great video! 🤗👍 🔆AniFam〽️
Top notch footage and seeing as many nature docs as I do I actually appreciated the narration for a change. I don't know how often cheetahs feel "ashamed at their lack of resolve" (lol) but there are a lot of deep cutting emotions in this I might not have taken in otherwise. The loss of a newfound love, being forced to abandon your sick child. Animals do feel things after all. You don't need abstract cognition for everything.
Me too. Its bad but not usually this bad. This is how it usually is Dry Season Wet Season and others but its not this bad that the lions haven't eaten for a whole month. He did not know what he was saying about the weather conditions. Since the earth had its creatures wilderbeast and other prey migrate and come back after sometime this period they leave is known as the 'DRY SEASON" The lions pretty much get used to this ,but not all herds migrate So the lions usually have some food. If they didn't for a month they would have been skinny.
The narrator couldn't be any less engaged, monotone & passionless. Who thought that he was a good idea? The people who filmed & captured these beautiful scenes, must feel gutted,
He also was clueless, whoever wrote the script was clueless. If a mother Lion went a MONTH without eating, she would be dead, and the cubs hair wasn't falling out from malnutrition because they weren't malnourished, they were nice and rounded out. Probably a bit of mange. And not *all* male Cheetahs travel alone, there's been a coalition of 5 male Cheetahs that has become quite famous, 5 brothers hanging together which is pretty amazing, but they do regularly stick together often in smaller numbers. Jeez, get your facts straight. I know more just from watching a lot of nature docs. 🙄🤦♀️ Plus attributing human characteristics to animals, anthropomorphizing, is the most silly thing for a wildlife narrator. The male Cheetah doesn't immediately "fall in love" with the female, puh-leeze, she's probably in heat. Animals instinctually are driven to breed, to perpetuate their species and pass on their genes. It's not about falling in love, although related animals may feel affection towards each other and mothers toward their young. We don't know that mating in any way equates to love. They mate and go their separate ways. Sounds more like a one night stand to me 🤔😂 It's been awhile since I've heard a narrator be so clueless.
Dear Mr. Electronic voice-man, Could you anthropomorphize the lives of the wonderful creatures any more? I think not... I really did enjoy the sightings and loved the following of the prides and Cheetah though. The Serengeti is incredible!
I just can't get enough of the wildlife good Documentary I think he's doing a very good job at the wildlife storytelling I can't get enough of it cuz I love the wildlife keep doing what you they need someone to talk about I even talked about because if you look at it you can see they human animals that live in the wild life I just can't get enough of it it's all about the world that we live in🌎
As a retired RN one thing I advise all diabetics before watching this video is to take your insulin and make sure you have a loaded syringe of regular insulin at hand. You're going to need it during Moto's search for Nyota.
Lion cubs are ridiculously cute. It's almost outrageous that they start out that cute and turn into apex predators. Although I find fully grown lions somehow cute as well - something about their housecat-like behavior is irresistibly cute (unless, of course, they're eating you alive).
Thank you big for sharing with us this awesome documentary am watching it while at home, u dedicate your time and money to capture all this footage and sharing it just for free with us , God bless you and keep you for us.🙏🦁
For those complaining about the narrator’s voice, mute the sound and enjoy it in silence or narrate it in your own voice as it plays along. Obviously simple yet, effective. Just saying.
*loud giggling* I LOVE BIG CATS they are by far my faveroute animals and I also love how the narrator gave the animals thoughts I ended up crying at the end (not my greatest moment ngl) 😂

Can you please make sure the narrator is removed and replaced with SIR David. Lmao
Llllllllp9ppp0
the footage is amazing , but the narration needs much improvements. currently , it sounds like a robot and this takes away from the amazing footage
I was there 2008 for 3 weeks, ‘AWESOME ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE !!!
I loved this!!
The video portion of this documentary is excellent. Too bad the narrative is so terrible. From the monotone computer generated voice to the less then stellar writing. Stop giving these magnificent animals human qualities.
Preaaaaaaaach
Exactly - I almost had to switch channels, the personification was ridiculous. It really detracted from what could have been a great production!
The mother cheetah did a great job raising 4 cubs
Not everybody is Earl Jones narrating or an anthony Hopkins Who could captivate reading the obituaries

The documentary is breathtaking, the only thing missing is sir David Attenborough's voice.
Love nature documentaries. Thank you for sharing them! 💚
I feel like the other Continents don't appreciate Africa enough. AFRICA IS THE HEART OF THE EARTH 💚
Africa and South America.
Africa has the best wildlife creatures in the world. Would love some lions here in the UK.
a continent of color..... of course we don't appreciate Africa. we care more about the animals than the struggling population.
I wonder why??!😂 I don’t think it has any thing to do with animals
@@carlosparedes1556it’s mostly the animals tbh
Thanks
It is amazing how the narrator thinks he knows everything the animal is thinking
Omg YES ...lol i was thinking the same thing haha
It was extremely annoying
He must be mind-melding with the animals. lol
its so funny
You’re missing the entire point.
What a wonderful doc on a rainy day like today!! Thanks Guys for great free videos!! I ❤ NATURE!!
Our pleasure. Glad we could help 😀
Really beautiful Moto and Nyota and so is the love story . Wish them live happily and strong in the wild. Well edited video. Narrator made documentary more touching and vivd❤️❤️
Thank you So Much for posting this video . I enjoyed watching it . This is one of best wild life programs I have watched . Great Work .
Jesus Christ,
Male lion literally held up his until his final breath.
What a warrior.
The electronic voice seems to be making it up as he goes.
Thankfully i wasn't in that thought alone... It really steals the value of this whole documentary

Thank you for sharing this beautiful documentary. We enjoyed watching all the magnificent animals and how they live. The scenery was great. Looking forward for more!

This is more like a romantic movie than a documentary
Precious photography! The cycle of survival in wildlife similarly relates to mankind. Thank you for virtual food for thought.
I, myself, is a Wild-a-holic. I have truly enjoyed your film. It was, informative as well as great storytelling. Thank you, big cats, are my favorite!
To put is simply this narrator needs to be replaced he's making me cry while watching African predators on the Serengeti.
