Tresor La Nuit A La Folie is AMAZING! One of the most unique and gorgeous perfumes I've smelled. I only have a sample spray right now but feel I need a large bottle!

Perfect video! This is exactly what I was looking for. Many ppl or sites don't mention how smoky la nuit is our the incense in the notes. I love compare and contrast videos. With many lines having large ranges it's hard to know which one to buy or try when you can only buy one! I didn't realize how much I didn't like incense in fragrance until having a few🥴
@@Yummy411 did you pick one? Honestly I hate incense but I can’t smell it I’m orginal la nuit tressor at all even licorice it in the notes too but I can’t smell that. I just get a Smokey strawberry
@@laurs5551 I had the full range and did a video about it🥰. I just gifted my original to my sister. I attributed the smokiness in the original to the incense. So the smokiness is what I couldn't really handle. A la folie is great and I still have that one💜
@@Yummy411 That’s so interesting I have heard people say that but I really don’t get it(I really hate incense and licorice). I think I’m still going to get la folie soon tbh lol😉 maybe when I get that I’ll really see the Smokiness and incense of the original... maybe I’ll even not like it then🤔

Thanks for reviewing both of these, Sarah! I have both of these and I love them. They’re both definitely in my top favorites and are two of the ones that I smell before going to bed because they’re that great. I love everything about both of them, their fragrances, sillage, performance, and the fact that their some of the few that my husband enjoys smelling and he’s ecstatic about their bottles. He thinks they have the most beautiful packaging. These are both that I would never want to run out of in my collection. I would literally buy what I could if they were to ever be discontinued. I’m a little more partial towards Tresor La Nuit but I really do love A La Folie nearly just as much.

I was extremely happy when I saw that you made a video about my two favorite fragrances.😍😍😍😍 I just love the la nuit tresor cents all beautiful and extremely💟🙈 feminine but my favorite is and will always be the la nuit tresor edp too good and good to be true😍👍💟.But I think the a la folie is very vanilla smoky and fruity... Nevertheless, I would not like to do without these two fragrances🙈💟❤

Same, absolutely obsessed with this range! I have the EDP, A La Folie, Nude and Musc Diamant. I’m not sure about EDT, I heard it’s a bit too sweet. What do you think?
@@RalucaBlajut the EDT isn't as strong and more floral than sweet on me so it's more appropriate for spring/summer?? 🤔 How is the Nude?? I haven't been able to get it in Canada yet
@@monicabozzi82 Thanks for the description, it actually sounds great, I’ll get it until it disappears from the market 🙂 Nude is absolutely stunning, my favorite from the whole range to be honest. It’s a creamy, lux, coconuty scent, so get it if you like coconut!

I bought La Nui Tresor Ala Folie 2 weeks ago. Very oriental smell like Hypnotic Poison. I got almost all of the La Nui Tresor Range. For some reasons, they work well with my skin and I don't get rashes like do with La Vie Est Belle.
I agree, similar feel to Hypnotic Poison
I wear one spray of each 😂 the results are perfect 👌

@@gulzar9979 It would suits almost any age 🥰 It is an evening fragrance in my opinion, perfect for a date or a party or a girls night, but it's not too mature or too serious
I tried la nuit before don’t remember the smell, but I will go to macy’s to try both, and A La Folie is already drive me crazy as the name says it, because I love perfumes with tonka beans notes, and I have seen you like tonka as well; I just bought FLOWERBYKENZO eau de parfum by KENZO girl omg it smells amazzzzzzing, once it sit on your skin you smell the musc the tonka and bourbon vanilla❤️❤️❤️❤️Sara my dear you should try it, be careful kenzo have lots of flinker, but it is the long pointy bottle that has the red flower, again amazzzzzing you will love it, and I will try and buy la nuit and a la folie as well, great short and sweet review👍👍👍
I will definitely have to hunt for Flower then. I absolutely love Tonka and bourbon vanilla! I think you will like both of the la nuit perfumes. 🥰

Hi Samah! I can see someone buying a l folie thinking it’s going to be similar to the original and being disappointed. It’s very different and woody. I think that papyrus note is challenging. The original is beautiful! 💗

Hello Sarah, have you compared the La Nuit to the Pascal Morabito Purple Ruby? Is it a dupe?
I have and I wouldn’t say that the purple ruby is a dupe but they are very similar fragrances. The purple ruby is a bit more gourmand than la nuit and it doesn’t have the rose. I get more of a caramel note in the purple ruby and a but less of a sweet praline note in la nuit. Both gray fragrances though! 😊
Hi, I've already purchased my wife La Vie Est Belle and La Vie Est Belle L"Eclat, so which one would you choose out of the two Tesors if you already have the two Belles? Thanks for any feedback.

The A La Folie sounds right up my alley. Is it similar to Imaginary Authors Memoirs of a Trespasser? And where can you test it?
I haven’t tried anything from IA so I am not sure and you may be able to test these at a Lancome counter. 🥰

Hi, have you heard about the new perfume in the Tresor line called “nude” ? It’s all over Instagram but it’s not on the USA website. I tried calling several department stores and either they have no info on release date or they haven’t heard about it.

Does La Nuit Tresor (2019 reformulation) have a good staying power and sillage on you skin? I can barely smell it after 4 hours and a half on my skin.
Bought mine on the official Lancome website.
Hi Silvia! I had the one before the reformulation so I am not sure. Reformulations are never as good as the original IMHO. 🥰

Original La Nuit Tresor had different notes: Top notes were Pear, Tangerine and Bergamot; middle notes were Strawberry, Vanilla orchid, Black Rose and Passionfruit; base notes were Praline, Caramel, Litchi, Patchouli, Vanilla, Incense, Coffee, Licorice, Coumarin and Papyrus.
That is why I was asking if yours performs different on the skin. Maybe I just got bad batch.@@SarahMayes
Honestly do I got mine on feel unique uk website and I checked batch because I’m interested in that the batch says 2020 November and it lasts ages next day type stuff or even day after on clothing...

I agree, but personally when I was 27 I bought LNT and I sell it because I found it too mature. Caresse version is better option in my opinion :) I never smell à la folie.

I still wear og Tresor. I started off by nicking squirts from my mum's bottle as a teen, but now I have to buy my own because she apparently thinks 44 is too old to be stealing your mother's perfume 🤣
