The "EU" vowel is used by korean when they meet dead consonant in a word. In that "IZ", according to the Hangeul it says "AIJEU or AIZEU" (J or Z will written in "Jieut" character or "J" character in Korean. Or to make it more familiar, you can read it "EYEZ" in English way. And the word "ONE" is "WOEN" in hangeul. "OE" vowel sometimes read as "OO" in English, or "O" or more clearly sometimes it can read as "U", or sometimes in the middle of those. To make it simple, you can copy paste this word "아이즈원" in google translate and play the sound of it. It's hard, isn't it? But, that's the beauty of Asian Language. Japanese has it too. The dead consonant will be read with vowel "U" or "O" depends on the consonant. If it ends with "D" or "T" consonant, it will read with "O" vowel, like when they say "Pocket" they will say "Pokketo", or "Band" the will say "Bando".
