Grand Percival probably ranks among the top character to obtain released in 2022. His kit is bonkers, his weapon is very powerful and easy to use no matter if you're Primal or Magna...
Percival is an excellent damage dealer thanks to his King's Blaze buff, as well as guaranteed TA.
His buffing abilities are great, although they differ from your typical buffer, he mostly gives one turn burst through his Sk3 to the team, but he also increases your team damage through his Wide Open debuff.
Wide open debuff makes him synergize the most with high damage low hit-count type of characters (such as Wilnas and Izmir) who will make the most out of the 20% multiplicative damage.
Once Singed stacks reach 7, he makes for an excellent debuffer as well thanks to his nuke adding 10% ATK/DEF down stackable. The debuff success rate doesn't seem to be very high however.
Excellent Luffy synergy, he helps building Singed stacks so you can get his auto nuke + wide open debuff going quickly.
Viking is a great pick in order to further multiply characters auto damage through amplified. Using Lord of Flames main hand allows to build Singed stacks very quickly for Perci to get going.
Wilnas is the perfect character to put after Percival, since he features very high single hit damage nukes / ougis / autos.
Grid wise, this setup has a stupidly high amount of DEF thanks to the 2 Extinction Blades and 2 Lord of Flames, and it caps crit. It has quite a bit of Enmity, but it's possible to balance it out if you have a Rein fist uncapped. It also totalizes 28% cap up.
Note that i'm not using astral here due to the echo being less productive for the Wide Open debuff, you risk consuming the debuff on low damage echo if you slot astral, and it's not really a mod-efficient weapon nowadays anyway.
TL;DR : Perci must spark, fire core, and his weapon is PnS / Harmonia tier.
