it's open to the public, 24hr a day. Totally free. Every day from 7.30pm onwards, the 10 minute show starts and repeats every hour, until 12.30pm. Two versions in total. Alternating every hour. This video is showing the version at 8.30pm, 10.30pm and 12.30pm. This one is my fav!!!
