Sir If I write a blog post in two different languages is it bad for seo.
Means if i write a blog post in English language and then translate it and write below it then it will good or not or doesn't effect in anyway.
I am doing this as google translate is not that accurate..
Or i will make different url for other languages.
I write syllabus for government exams and many users asked them in hindi so i translate it and write in the same post and write upto 5 post like this, if it is bad I will surely would not do this again.

Yes, you should not post the translation in the same post. You can post in another post and then give a link to it. You can also consider putting href lang tag to inform google so that you get the best traffic.

Nice info my current website colourdrive also have 2k+ doorway pages links as but only 50% are in rank on first age first position urls ....and my main city page(Painters in bangalore) rank on second page means at lower position as compare to city locality pages... eg... painters in JP Nagar(location in bangalore), Painters in Bangalore... what should i do for increase rank of my main city page....Although 25% content is different on both pages...Thanks in advance sir.
It depends upon the pages. Really hard to judge without looking at pages.

That page only! Its not something "offensive" from Google's perspective. You don't harm user by not writing in one language so your domain will remain clean but that page might lose its score because of low user satisfaction rate.

One website can have content in multiple languages, use href lang tag, but don't use multiple languages in one page.

physical address and phone number should be easy to find and clickable if possible. contact form must be working. If this contact form is about any online product then a quick FAQ is a good addition so that people can find answer to simple queries. If it is for a local/physical business, you can add google map for your location as well.
