@ I would recommend using ice nova/pet free to shatter glacial spikes when possible but in this instance knowing I’m going to SP before GS I will get it back before that and with the interrupt in between I knew my first cms would hit before I get to apply WC through CoC. I would say not all of them are necessary but it’s a slight dps increase to shatter them when possible. I would only do it for cms and gs though.
I like seeing the healing done while in the key but perhaps I could add another window with overall dmg. I also kinda like having to wait for the surprise at the end of the key to see the overall dmg 😂
@@eliasdsdf I do think it's easy to get hung up on the number and feel like you're playing bad. It's important to remember that frost mage isn't an aoe beast comparared to the boomies, ench and/or ele shammys so playing keys with them you should almost always be last on the meter at the end of the key.

One question on the boss/single target rotation for this spec: you seem to rarely cast Frostbolt, why is that? Seems that it's mostly Orbs, blizzard, Ice lance and Glacial->Flurry
Frostbolt just isn't that high on the priority list. When you play the m+ build we don't use any talents that amplify our frostbolt so if we can use fof ice lances it takes priority and then GS -> flurry into 2x ice lances is the normal rotation for ST. Frostbolt is used as a filler with this build when we dont have anything else to press.
Frostbolt is just in case as FILLER when you dont have anything else to throw to fill your icicles, or your orbs procs didn't go well. as you can see, on last boss there's no ads that frost can benefit from (blizzard , cone of cold, so you see him using some times Frostbolt as filler
