You know who opened all the original copies of Doomsday? I believe it was me when I bought something like 200 packs of Weatherlight. *Weatherlight I think had Null Rod, Doomsday, and that 5 color land that used to be worth money for only 1.75 tix each.
@@MontolioMTGO eh, I’m Jewish, I ran a hedge fund, it all kind of comes together. The trick is to make a bot to track the prices and there are quarters where the chests have a profitable markup. Also I enjoy seeing all the garbage WotC has made over the years. Like random 8/8’s for 12 mana that cost 4 upkeep, when nowadays an 8/8 is considered weak unless it has flying, deathtouch, first strike, banding, flanking, shadow, and returns from the yard. All while costing your opponent 4 every upkeep.
Best MTGO player of all time is Butakov. Lives in the middle of nowhere Russia and has played as long as me, since like end of v1/beginning of V2. Also the only deck I made in the past 3 years or so is Hullbreacher draw 7. *EVERY vintage player told me “it’s a 3 mana creature, it’s unplayable”. Take that mono Doomsday players.
Bc of the Vintage Discord server I have 7 different MTGO accounts. I switch them up randomly every day I would play and nobody would have goldfish for me.
Have you ever hoped against Doomsday that they forget to keep a land in the deck while they have a fetch? Also I know I haven’t, and have lost even with W/6 in play, but ever consider in the blind playing the wasteland first? It goes against the T3 MH3 Atog attack…. But I hate Golos, and Crucible, and Golos’s ability to draw really well….
M1, the Doomsday matchup. One one hand its super boring to play against doomsday, on the other hand its like vintage on steriods, because even the smalest action has so much more impact than in other matchup.
My video wasn't recording. My wife had come home and I paused and forgot to restart. Duke12 killed me when I was in a strong postion with Bowmaster EOT, Untap into Twister. Was a brutal death. I flagged it on Twitter, but didn't on TH-cam.

I think it is reasonable and a good combo with Frog. If running Lorean Revealed it would be more viable though.
