Pro difficulty doesn’t make submissions impossible to defend unlike Legendary. I’d recommend using pro difficulty in the future I’ve gotten the most realistic ai vs ai fights using it.

This game really is a joke, the amount of damage done is basically an RNG, and the AI is functionally retarded. MMA just isn't a sport that lends itself well to simulation, the grappling is too intricate and creates too many variables. But then again, based on the NHL series for about the last decade or so, maybe EA is the problem and not the sport. In any event, I wish they'd just make a new Fight Night instead.
