- In this healing, I am using sacred traditional Reiki upon you, followed by crystals in association with each energetic power source centres to shift & rid of any blockages to align your mind, body & soul into harmonious sequence.
The crystals I am using are stated below.
Root Chakra - Smokey Quartz (for grounding & purifying)
Sacral Chakra - Carnelian (for igniting your creativity)
Solar Plexus Chakra - Citrine (for reuniting your inner power & strength)
Heart Chakra - Rose Quartz (for restoring the essence of love into your heart)
Throat Chakra - Blue Kyanite (for speaking your truth with clarity)
Third eye Chakra - Amethyst (for shifting you into a state or clarity)
Crown Chakra - Clear Quartz (for aligning you to receive messages from spirit & the angels)

There’s a dozen black cockatoos who come to my home and fly through the trees every morning and night. I like to believe they’re protecting me and my children 🙏🫶❤️

There’s black cockatoos, pink and grey galahs and so many other ones, rainbow ones, little black and white ones, kookaburras. It’s so beautiful to watch them

So I'm a Kundalini yoga practitioner, and I'm very amateur still but I noticed very subtle things much more than I did. This video just came on out of nowhere. And instantly I could actually feel it as I was kind of chuckling at it. So now I'm really kind of trying to figure out how that's going down..... Because I never would have assumed that you could perform reiki over a video. But then I don't 100% understand all of it.... But with this guy I really feel like there's something pretty magical going on, whereas other ones I've watched just to see is not the same at all..... So I'll be honest I'm a little taken back by it. And I have some pretty heavy experiences on the spiritual and through practicing what I practice already. But this took me back a little as just okay what? Lol I personally love to hear an explanation of how this is actually working. Cuz now watched a bunch of them. And every single time I can 100% feel it.

When you eliminate toxins from your body-going to the washroom for example, the body is getting rid of the things that do not serve it anymore.Drinking water helps you flush that out (literally )lol. Bad energy can be flushed out as well for the same reason. Everything is connected
