I've been living in Sweden for the past 15 years and have never experienced any stomach issues here. However, whenever I visit Pakistan, I start having stomach pain within a week of being there. It seems to be triggered by the food.

It's breathtakingly gorgeous there. 9:36 - Yes that's Pakistani Miracle Mountain Tea - It's the artemesia plant aka wormwood and it's good for many different kinds of ailments as well as just a refreshment but don't drink too much or you'll awake with a tummy ache. Can you try to take a shot of the plant for longer without your hand in it next time? I like looking plants up but it would be easier if you just have a clean shot of the plant. 13:37 - Those are seaberries aka sea buckthorn. They should smell amazing when broken open. "The berries themselves are very, very sour, with a tinge of bitterness from the skin. I liken it to eating the skin of the sourest citrus you can find. As you might imagine, this means they are incredibly high in vitamin C. In fact, one serving has 6-10x the US RDA of vit C. The fruits also contain calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E." - parkrosepermaculture The scent of seaberries is incredible.
