Fun fact: in cult of Chucky Andy asks his mom how mike is mike is the dectective from childs play so detective and mom got married. Yes he survived lol
If u girls are wondering why as a doll hes very hard to kill its because he still technically has the strength of a full grown man. But just inside a plastic doll. He thought by transferring his soul into a doll he could live forever and not age. As the doll he technically did stop ageing in a way. I think thier are comics that explain that actually.
I recommend watching the first three, at least. The 2nd one is the favorite of many fans of the franchise, including myself. But I also think the 3rd one is well made, too, even though it's not as loved by fans.

One horror parody/comedy you have to watch is Tucker and Dale vs Evil, which is a grossly under rated gem, that unfortunately didn't get much love at the box office, but has since started to become the newest, must watch cult classic.
When I was a kid my grandma got me a My Buddy Doll, however when my mom saw Childs Place and Chucky looked like a My Buddy doll she threw it away very fast. Chucky threw the knife and hit the friend in the eye and she threw herself backwards out the window. That makes it somewhat believable that Andy's Prints could have been on the counter.
Chucky was my childhood nightmare too, first time I saw him was in the third film and one night, I thought that little psycho was hiding in my closet, I was five back then.
Fun Fact:It wasn`t all animatronics and Dourif. Ed Gale(The main burglar from "Home Alone", the little guy)and John Franklin(Isaac Chroner from "Children of the Corn" and "Cousin It" from the `90s "Addams Family" Films)did stunt work and the Good Guy voice and the kids in the cartoon commercial Andy watched at the beginning were done by Edan Gross who was 7 at the time of this film and 9 at the time of the sequel, Mr. Gross is now a successful businessman in San Jose.He retired from acting after "Cult of Chucky".
The first Child's Play is the best of the series but the best line of the series is in part 3 when Chucky hits a man with a golf club and says, "Don't F*#% with the Chuck!" Greatest Child's Play line ever.
The voice of Chucky is the guy that plays Grima Wormtongue in the Lord of the Rings movies, Brad Dourif. Child’s Play 2 and Bride of Chucky are good sequels.
They used little people for the running scenes of Chucky the the part when Chucky slices the cops leg there's a close-up of Chucky and you can tell it was a little person in a costume because his head was really big
Chucky has the same strength that he had in his human body. Plus he's turning human in the doll body which is why the doll's look change's over the course of the film. Examples at first he has freckles and sprayed on eyebrows at first but later his freckles disappear and he has real eyebrows also he starts to get a receding hairline as well which even looks slightly darker in colour.
Yay, I've been waiting for this one! I think Child's Play is *very* well done when you consider it's a story about a killer doll. 😁 It even builds up some serious suspense at times and Brad Dourif just nails his role as Chucky (like all the roles he does) and the rest of the cast is pretty good too. Also, yes, it would be awesome if you would check out (at least) Child's Play 2 too! I can promise that you are gonna get a lot more of that classic slasher cheese with that one. 😄 most of the people actually prefer the second one, although my personal favorite is still this the very first one. Very glad you liked it and loved your reactions & how it surpassed your expectations!

I absolutely love Child's Play and Child's Play 2 is actually my favorite. Fun fact: Did you know that the actor who played Detective Mike Norris the main cop also plays the voice of Jack Skellington from A Nightmare Before Christmas? Great reaction, it was a fun video!
Voodoo Guy: You're turning human
Chucky: What?
Voodoo Guy: The more time you spend at that body.
Chucky: What?
Voodoo Guy: The more human you become.
Chucky: What?
i mean, if u were in chuckys situation u would be taken back hearing that
that is a HUGE glass of wine LoL :D
I watched it for the first time with my uncle at age 2 when he was around a teenage age,
And I was terrified for years couldn’t even say his name
When I was 11 I conquered my fear and fell in love with the series
Fun fact: in cult of Chucky Andy asks his mom how mike is mike is the dectective from childs play so detective and mom got married. Yes he survived lol
If u girls are wondering why as a doll hes very hard to kill its because he still technically has the strength of a full grown man. But just inside a plastic doll. He thought by transferring his soul into a doll he could live forever and not age. As the doll he technically did stop ageing in a way. I think thier are comics that explain that actually.
Chucky traumatized me as a kid but now im old hes one of my fave horror movie villains 😂
I recommend watching the first three, at least. The 2nd one is the favorite of many fans of the franchise, including myself. But I also think the 3rd one is well made, too, even though it's not as loved by fans.
LMFAO the roasting of the cop
Chucky is relentless! that lil Dude just never gives up, he is like a mini Terminator but worse!! Well done overcoming your childhood fear. I had a cousin that ran from the house when he saw E.T for the first time so it could be worse..At least you didnt watch Hellraiser on your own in your Aunty's house at 1am when you were 8, that was me.......now that was some scary shit!!!! great reaction and you are all such beautiful women...Howdy from Ireland..
baby andy 🥺 but also how some of the original cast stuck with the mancini made stuff is proof they are all proud of it 😁 and how each is linked in a way i also love how nobody checked the battyerys till that part were the moms like talk dam it 😂🤣 like hmmm 🤨 all of this would of been avoided by checking the batterys
I love the middles reaction to her falling out the window! LOL 6:22
Lol at Emma “he just wanted to watch the news”
I was scared of possessed dolls until I was in middle school. Now I can't get enough of killer dolls!
This film warped me to sleep with others until i was like 13....
@@razkable Ofcourse Freddy vs Jason made sleep in a group too
Alex Vincent aka Andy.
My brother had a my buddy doll! I still remember the song in the commercial.. “my buddy, my BUDDY, my buddy and meeeee!” 🤣
11:20 Expertly hiding a yawn there.
"The Omen" (1976), Anyone? Yes?
Same director as Fright Night. Another great little gem of a film.
Chucky was my childhood nightmare too, first time I saw him was in the third film and one night, I thought that little psycho was hiding in my closet, I was five back then.
The animatronics are superb and this was the 80's
I agree!! I was super impressed!
Young Andy Barclay is absolutely adorable
The Iconic Trio back again with another classic horror movie. Always enjoy the reactions.
To use a line from Donkey Kong 64's rap "They're back again and about time too. And this time they're in the mood."
@@Xehanort10 first rap theme I ever heard, and the best too
@@Xehanort10 🤣🤣🤣 I love it!
@@tashatipton2141 How about" Return Of The Livin Dead " ??
ps The Exorcist had a real serial killer in the cast.... it was the guy doing the X-Rays...
I get nightmares for the first time that I saw this movie when I was thirteen. I have no experience for watching rated R movies
Actually the kid who played Andy has grown in the series of movies and now TV show and hes as much of a staple of the series as Chucky
I love how all their heads one by one in a line got shocked, when andy sweared
Now for CHILD'S PLAY 2!💗💗
The voice of Chucky is the guy that plays Grima Wormtongue in the Lord of the Rings movies, Brad Dourif. Child’s Play 2 and Bride of Chucky are good sequels.
One cop was just reading the newspaper on the couch at Aunt Maggie's murder scene. That has always driven me nuts.
"Just slightly blood stained." hahahahahahaha
Don't know if y'all know, but Andy will appear in the series, and the actor IS the ORIGINAL Andy!!
3:13 "This guy's got some powers."
Wait til you see Cult of Chucky.
Just to warn you if you decide to watch the sequel it's a lot more mean spirited than the first one. Gruesome, and more violent.
Charles was using voodoo magic to make the lightning appear
Yes Chucky does have the strength of a grown man
One of my favorite movies! But definitely watch Child’s play 2 i love that movie
That is definitely on our list for sure! I'm very excited about the sequel! I heard good things!!!!
They used little people for the running scenes of Chucky the the part when Chucky slices the cops leg there's a close-up of Chucky and you can tell it was a little person in a costume because his head was really big
12:17 Imagine if she'd gone all Batman interrogating Joker in The Dark Knight on him.
Yea your right Tash, Chucky is small enough to hide in small areas and he'll run out and slash or stab people in their legs. Ouch. 😬
Not only does the cop survive but he tells everyone the mom and son made it up and she gets sent to an asylum and he goes to foster care. 😂
I totally missed that! I’m usually fairly observant, good eyes!
After this are Child's Play 2, Child's Play 3, Bride of Chucky, Seed of Chucky, Curse of Chucky, Cult of Chucky and an upcoming TV series
I grew up watching this movie at like age 6 so scary or terrifying is an understatement to say the least, i had nightmares for days. Now looking back it is cheesy and the one liners from chucky are great but back then as a child was way different! Looking forward for part ✌🏼
At 1:42
"Look! It's him."
Yay! someone recognises Brad Dourif. A learned audience with taste.
"It's, eh ... the gemini killer."
Ah, well... It doesn't mean she ISN'T smart with great taste, but... :(
Poor Brad. He's a fantastic actor who should have had a great career. Before he played Wormtongue in LotR, he was mostly known for this role, even though he's been acting since the 70s. He did the voice of Chucky for all the movies, I think, and always took it seriously.
Catherine Hicks did Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home two years before this.
...and a Year AFTER she was in " She's Out of Control".
The kid is part of the new series. As is the girl from Childs Play 2.
Child’s Play was originally titled batteries not included
Chucky scared the pee out of me as a kid-hes no my hero.
My name's Charlie. These are my ANGELS.
Y’all had great reaction & great chemistry and some funny 1 liners.
He'll be your friend till the end!! 😆👹👹🔪🥄
Great reaction. This was one of the best reactions I've ever seen. You three are too funny. 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you love😘 tell your friends!
Yay! So glad you enjoyed the video! Hopefully you stick around!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Finally figured it out! Emma is the spitting image of Gillian Jacobs! Whew it was killin me🤗
I think she looks like Amanda Seyfried.
Fun fact the woman who played the mom Catherine Hicks also play the mom on the TV show 7th heaven
Well now you guys have to do Child’s play 2!
alex vincent is the actor for andy and he still acts as andy
Great reaction! As a huge fan of the Chucky films, I'd love to see you guys react to Child's Play 2, and maybe Child's Play 3 and Bride of Chucky.
Congratulations for the courage girls, watching you here in Brazil
