    Oh my heck I can’t thank you enough for going over the lists. This is the only video I have found that explains them and so well! Your videos are wonderful and so easily explained. Thank you!

    This was so fun to watch! I remember your old planner videos, and was so happy to "plan" with you for 45 minutes. :) Last year I went digital with my planning system too, and it has helped so much in both clarity of mind and getting things done. Thank you for sharing Ms. Sofia!

    That’s a really cool app! I am a pen and paper kind of girl though. Physically writing it down helps
    me remember stuff. I fell into the whole sticker and planner thing then then I realized I just need a plain notebook. I got rid of all my stickers and planners etc. Now I just use a notebook until it fills up then start a new one. I do add a bit of washi tape to the margins but that’s it. I do like using colored pens though. 💜👍

    Great video and tutorial. Thanks for going into so much detail. I always buy paper planners and have visions of making mine look like some I see on Instagram, but never quite get there or use them long term. Because I get amnesia about all the unused planners I already own, I was just trying to decide between two different planners when I saw you had a new video - good timing! I had checked out the Artful Agenda once before when you had showed how you used it to get your 2023 projects set up and then a squirrel must have run by because I didn't sign up. I am going to sign up right now for the trial because I need all the help I can get! Thanks again!

    Thank you! This was awesome to watch. I have started using Artful Agenda and love it, but wasn’t really using it to its full planning potential.

    This is a cute video!! I think I am going to try it. Maybe this will keep my writing and life on schedule?!? Thank you for sharing and taking the time to go through it with us and give us ideas. I do have a thing I had wanted to see if you would adopt…I think you should try wearing your new Christmas jewelry from your family! You might think its too much, but it makes your videos look amazing…and it would match your glasses and charming way!

    This video tutorial was exceptional! I have had AA and been in and out of it because the upgrades had not yet come. Now that the habit tracker and list functionality has come, I cannot imagine why I would want anything else.

    This is very interesting as you are saving paper and its stored on your computer where you are the only one that can access it with a paper planner other people get nosy .I actually type in my phone calendar my doctors appointment instead of keeping those little cards and I set a reminder on my Alexa also I write my shopping list on my phone and I don't forget my paper list like I used to plus ( this may help you) I shop the aisles ( example I go to shoprite I want bread I type in the aisle number next to my item in my notes I don't waste time going down aisles I don't need to

    I use Google calendar which you can do a lot of the same things that you can artful agenda because I did use that for a while in Google calendar and I don't have to pay for Google calendar. I just couldn't see paying for this when Google calendar is free. I do like all the custom covers and that kind of stuff with the artful agenda but I use Google for my whole entire family and it's just super easy

    Fyi, I heard you say you have to have checks in the first two to do boxes. You can actually toggle them off. Just mouse over the top right of the box and click the little check symbol to turn checks off

    Can you print up your calendar from the app? I have Artful Agenda and I loved the idea but don’t find myself using it as much as I was going because I still have to up date our kitchen calendar (hand written family calendar) for everyone to see.

    Wonderful video, with thoughtful how-to's - thank you so much for sharing! Question for you: you mention that you have two, one for personal and one for business - do you have two completely separate Artful Agendas,? Do the contents overlap at all? Could you do a video on how you separate the two? I understand the privacy concerns, so if it's not possible, I understand. ;) Also, that was more than one question - sorry about that!

    • @mygreatchallenge
      @mygreatchallenge  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It is two separate ones. I cannot share my work one due to confidentiality. But they have nothing to do with each other. So no overlap.

    This was really helpful. I was on the fence about getting plus but it seems well worth it. I’m curious what you were using the bottom box for on the daily section? I’m not familiar with the term IMF. I never really know what to do with that section and I’m trying to figure out how to be more mindful and disciplined day to day.

    Thank you so much for creating this video. I have a question for you. How do you set up a grocery shopping list on repeat without having all the items on the list as re accruing tasks? Can you set up the whole list as one task? Hopefully that makes sense

    • @mygreatchallenge
      @mygreatchallenge  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good question! You can do it in list and add a timeliness to it. Or do it in the weekly section and add a timeliness. Both with repeat weekly or monthly. I personally would keep it in list have the full list there. Put put the title (grocery) with a timeliness on repeat. So the word groceries would show on your calendar only, not the full list. You would just go to your list to see the items.

    Did you say the app has reminders? Is that on the iPhone? So far I'm not finding reminder notifications, but the apps on my iPad and Android phone say that is a planned feature.

    • @mygreatchallenge
      @mygreatchallenge  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I get reminders I am on Android. I don t know about apple. Sorry. You would have to contact them. But it synchs with Google calendars and I think this is probably how the reminders work.

      @@mygreatchallenge Ok, sounds like those are calendar events that you are getting reminders for? It's great that they also have task reminders coming. Thanks!

      Yes it s yearly. I don't know what phone you have but on my android note 20+ it works great and there is enough room to seem. Same functionality. Works on tablet and across systems.

      Did you find the planner difficult to navigate or was it my explanation that was difficult to understand.
