Human Design Profiles - Blind Spots

  • Richard Beaumont shines a light on the various genetic blind spots in the Lines. Everyone has one of the 12 Profiles in their chart and this video looks at some of the areas each Line cannot see, so two of the descriptions will be relevant for each viewer. This video will help viewers see themselves in a new perspective which can help them account for what is not natural for them to spot by themselves. A useful video with humorous stories to illustrate some of the points raised.

    Thank you Richard! How should one deal with 1/3 who is so absorbed and busy in their current things, and doesn’t want to talk about another thing which they got involved a year ago and is now falling apart because of their own actions in the past to keep control? Don’t want to bother and blames other people for things not working.

    • @humandesigninfo
      @humandesigninfo  19 วันที่ผ่านมา +11

      Hmm. For the 1/3 the 3rd Line mistake is in the past and they will be frantically trying to move on. You probably won't get anywhere with trying to bring it up until they get to a place where they are more in control and then maybe they'll admit their mistake. One needs to be forgiving with 1/3's... as long as they have learnt their lesson and don't repeat it. The 3rd Line is in red so they themselves have a distance from it. They will be looking for a solid foundation in the future and don't find it helpful to be in the shame of the past while forging towards what they believe to be better times ahead. I suggest you drop the subject for now. You'll just be banging heads with an authoritarian who is likely to see you as the problem if you keep bringing it up... and if that continues they'll likely break the bond with you. Just sayin' :)

      @@humandesigninfo i have one more question. I have talked with 1/3 who say “there are no mistakes. Everything i do is correct. Until it is not.”
      Having unconscious 3rd line and even know knowing about trial and error process but operating from the mind don’t seem to me like being correct.
      Such person can operate from mind and cause all kind of real problems and distortions and still excuse themselves with its 3rd line process. Instead of seeing that they are not being correct. In such cases how does 3rd line learn from their mistakes?

    Just had to add Richard how fascinating it is to see these blind spots play out in my children , both early 30’s. One is 6/2 and the other 4/2. Understanding these lines really helps me as a mother in accepting the trials that I see my family suffer through. Knowing some of what they experience is by design and I believe meant to be gives me a tiny bit of relief as a parent. My 6/2 is a dreamer and I love that about her. There are lessons and reasons for all of this. As a parent it helps me to understand what is underlying what is playing out day to day. Thank you greatly for the insights that you provide us here. I am grateful.

    Love this one Richard! I met this woman who is a 3/5, and she really wants me to work with her as partners in a business around awakening. She is so seductive and I keep feeling like I want to do it, but a part of me is so not on the same page as her and we have completely different perspectives. I know I have to say “No”, but it is so seductive. She really personifies the 5th line. My 6th line kind of wants to stay dreamy about it, but I know I have to take a stand and continue to stay focused on my direction and understandings. This video has been really helpful, Thank you🙏🏼💖

    Thank you Richard. Good to be reminded of my personal blind spots (3/6) and those of other types. Sometimes I forget that I'm not the only one with blindspots. It's helpful to have this info when working or relating with others. It can save relationships. Thank you!

    The 5th line (I have two) reminds me of a visit I paid to an astrologer. She had a cat, and during her reading the cat and I really hit it off. It reached a point where I really couldn't ignore the cat's insistence for more attention. Finally, the astrologer said, "OK, now that you got her turned on, how you going to turn her off"!?

      I went to HD analyst here in the country I reside, that had an in-house cat and showed it to me for to meet it (I guess for not acting during the reading for not to experience any surprises) but because I was sceptical because I am allergic to fur among other things I did not proceed to touch it because of the body language of the cat and my instant spleen feedback 😅 but turns out the analyst knew about my health problems during the studying of my chart so no surprises there 😊

    This is great info, thanks Richard. Late entry comment; as a 6/2, I wholeheartedly agree that our individual journeys are enriched by the presence of the right people around us, guiding and supporting us through our blind spots. Yet I also believe while we acknowledge our blind spots, we can also have always recognized the perfection in our current state(s). Each "stage of life," each challenge, and each insight contributes to our evolving path, highlighting the beauty of our imperfection and the continuous potential for growth no matter the stage or the blind spot. Inasmuch, respectfully, as a projector I more so think along the lines of cats having 9+ lives instead of three specific phases 🕊 🌍 ❤

    Such a brilliant video, Richard! As 1/3 I do see that kind of "blindness" or at times even ignorance toward areas that don't interest me haha

      Ho Ho! Yes it makes me laugh at what goes on that I have no interest in or knowledge of until it's pointed out to me. 1/3's are a great source of entertainment to other Profiles because of it, we have to develop a good sense of humour and don't take it seriously because at the end of the day: We are what we are! :)

    Sometimes as a 3 line blind spot we break bonds too quickly and don’t give others at least a chance to work things through . 😢

    im exactly one of the 6th line stupid person with 4/6 profile the dreamer dreaming of ultimate peace but trapped in profound anger at the moment. The hardest part of this probably with some of characteristics of 4th line is not knowing how to give up because sometimes I feel like I may find the peace if i give up all the endeavour to find peace. hopefully oneday i can reach out to the peaceful world i have been looking forward to.

    6th line … idealism and dream of perfection also places a-lot of expectation on others, (to be perfect or be like me . ) it’s unfair and a lot to put on others … as we’re all perfectly imperfect… .. And we often don’t see our own imperfections . But place them on others … 😂 humility is needed to see this .
    Every line gets humbled along the way right?

    I am deeply interested in the hexagrams and the lines of the hexagrams. I feel like there is a magic and untapped potential there for me. This feels like a step towards that. Have you developed and knowledge or insight by looking into them?

      @humandesigninfo  19 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      Damn right Jen. They are deeply profound and I am working with them right now actually. I would love to do a course focusing solely on them, but with so many video pirates out there it would be like pouring my energy and time down the drain as some thief will just steal it without a second thought. Once I can establish a secure platform there will be many things I can bring to you. In the meantime I have to stay in the background and drink the nectar alone. Such a shame. :)

    It is interesting how you said some 4th lines are unaware to opportunities. Personally, I see opportunities all the time, and move forward with the opportunities that are correct for me in the moment. Sometimes I see opportunities that I keep in the back of my mind for a later time because of its usefulness. My body REALLY gets excited at some opportunities, and I know I’m supposed to pull the trigger on that particular one in the moment.
    I’ve seen some 4th lines take on many opportunities, and it doesn’t put them in a great state, as their plate is too full. I like to think of opportunities as glutton to keep it balanced. Opportunists can definitely become greedy, and become motivated in a way that drains the energy, so there is a balance. It helps to recognize the focus/intention behind each opportunity.

    i received the most stupid advice from you ever !!! don't get rid of your lover before you have another ! Richard, don't give people advices like this it makes you look very bad

    • @humandesigninfo
      @humandesigninfo  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      To be clear. The advice for 4th Lines only, is not to leave your lover/job until you have another one lined up. That does not mean you have two lovers at the same time. This is not my personal advice, it is the mechanics of the 4th Line and the way the opportunists move naturally. If the lover angle disturbs you, then think in terms of job.
