Был бы ещё пышнее,если бы белки сбивали охлаженными отдельно с сахарной пудрой в пики ,а потом молочно желтковую смесь с добавками ванили и разрыхлителя , и масло лучше кокосое или сливочное Кхе(топленное)но обязательно с просеянной мукой ,это падает тесту воздушного в два раза
