    This makes my head spin. Partially because I'm a perfectionist and the other reason is because I've never done body work. I appreciate your dedication to doing the work properly.

    Its a mean contrast that you guys in the Midwest call rust. Up here in the Northeast, rust is at a total different level. That GTO is really in great condition. Great Video! Keep up the content.

      I'm from NJ and moved here in 2001. The rust out here is just as bad if not worse. NJ has road salt and salt air that causes most of the rust issues. Out here they use a liquid brine and salt on the roads. The brine is like battery acid. I've seen truck frames break in half in less than 10 years out here.

    I hope you read this im following these videos i come across them because of the gto im doing a 67 lemans in very rough shape in one your videos you had some new kick panels can you tell me where you purchased those i need some and have not found them your help would be greatly appreciated by the way excellent informative videos thanks

      @chriskappes9170 I had to purchase a full L&R cowl side and L&R lower hinge reinforcement panels. I just cut off what I needed from the new cowl side panels. The full cowl sides are nice to have because if you start to find even more rust, you'll have all you need for the repair. If your rust is very extensive, I'd just replace the full panel. I believe I purchased everything from AMD. I think Summit Racing and Jegs also sell them.

    I got 71 lincoln my rear window was same way rusty around that bottom area.. i dont went downnthe rabbit hole on it chasing rust too ..😂😂
