Gogo I bought a house from the estate but it was a repo from someone but I bought it through the bank didn't know but I had someone to come and theka the house my wife sometimes complain about sleeping but mina I sleep and I think sometimes I think it's because of us also as people we don't cleanse our selves and make ourselves strong because I know of someone who also bought a house from these white people they couldn't sleep. So I think overall Gogo even if you buy a brand new house the surroundings like neighbours might have things that loitering around and if you and your home are weak they will play there. So my advice is every now and then try to cleanse yourself and your home Ku fakwe izinkhokhane to protect the home And again a clean yard is not easy for this things to play around like sweeping the yard and sprinkling with abo madubula and staff while sweeping might help.
