Is it better to fly with Air China to PEK or BA to the newer Beijing airport?

It was actually my first time flying Air China, the legroom was pretty good, the food tasted nice and the flight was overall comfortable. When i arrived at PEK, immigration took around 20-40 mins. If im honest with you, i’ve never flown to The new Daxing airport, however im assuming that it is way more quieter compared to PEK. Another point is that if you have any issues with the trip, it’s probably easier to deal with BA compared to Air China. Air China is mostly cheaper compared to other airlines. I believe both Air China and British Airways use both the Boeing 777 to Beijing, they are quite old aircraft so don’t expect too much. I recently took Air China to go back to heathrow, but on a newer aircraft which was only 1 year old (a350) it was an amazing experience.

For me China Southern is generally better than Air China. You get decent service while flying over Russia which will be more faster than any other Airline. However if you perfer comfort, choose BA.
