Thank you so much, and i just want to let you know that i'm also experiencing overwhelming situations, but i guess that's part of our process being a human. It teaches us to discover opportunities and figuring things out on our own so that we can overcome it as soon as we can. As they say, "not all days are rainy days."🤷🏼♀️
Conflicts are part of the process and its something to learn from if you could only choose to find the brighter side of things.😅🤭

This is so me before moving out and I admit that I used pandemic lockout as an excuse to move out. It's so liberating that you can go out anytime and anywhere you want. I should have done it when I'm already working. My parents are sooo strict (even when I'm already in my 30s) hahaha. They always say that when you're living under the same roof with them, you have to follow their rules even when you're the one supporting them financially as a breadwinner 😢❤ but I love them and they are still my priority. I just want peace of mind and improve my mental health. Proud of you. ❤️✨
✨ Asian daughter struggles ✨ I feel you so much!! My parents used to tell us to finish college then we could live our lives as we pleased but that didn’t come freely along with sermons and setbacks.
Moving out felt like the only option to live your life to the fullest. Family definitely is our home but sometimes (esp if we can afford it) choosing our peace of mind is one of the greatest opportunities! ❤️

Thank you!! This was a real new experience for me but thankfully the apartment process here (esp for small/fam-owned bldgs) doesn’t require much so it was a breeze talking with the landlords. It was the actual MOVING bit that was super stressful 😅

Ironically my least stressful moves have been the longest distances - because they were full-service corporate moves (many years ago and paid by my then-employer) ... Bahrain to Singapore and Singapore to New Jersey, USA. Multiple moves inside USA since then have been very stressful because I did them myself 😒
It's always a great relief when it's over.
I've actually rented three different apartments (1/2/12 months leases) in Cebu over the past year and they've come with varying issues but all worked out in the end.

That’s so crazy that rent can be as low as 5k. That’s so unheard of in makati
Metro Cebu has 3 main cities where they are highly urbanized - like in the heart of Cebu where all the hustle & bustle is. Those areas are around 10-15k above.
My apartment is not in that area so it’s actually quite far from the central. That’s why my rent is so low 😅 Considering that I work from home, it isn’t an issue for me. Encourages me to go out more on weekends!

i got it from mr. diy sa ayala central bloc!! but i think they *might* have it in all their branches but i’m not sure hihi 😅
