Great video as always. Loving the meetup camp videos. Now this is complete tongue in cheek but in this video you said 'little' 78 times. That is every 20 seconds. My word I always say is 'so'.
@@acafwd lol. That is definitely your word. I binged watched some of your videos about a year ago and then I kept saying 'hey' all the time at work. I did finally get out of that habit hey.
Yeah I definitely want to do a clip on that van I heard it’s owners are famous and have a cookbook that is to die for. Definitely going to try and track them down again soon 🤣🤣
G'day Steve, I'm thinking of getting a hexitarp like you have shown there. My question is. Are there any Camp size restrictions with the tarp and the size of it with the ropes etc. I'm thinking of using it with my tent as a Basecamp set up when camping with the boat in tow. Liking the content, keep it up.
It probably depends on where you are camping it dose take up a bit of room I will have to measure the footprint next time I set it up I will put something up on my fb page next time I can or if you ring rob at drifta slacks creek he might know cheers 👍
@@Sawadventures67 thanks mate, I've seen Phil using his. So much better than a gazebo And lighter. Great idea maybe I'll get one and see if I have any complaints. Keep on camping.
@@raynewman4904 The Large Hexa tarp that Stephen has is 6.50m x 5.55m at the widest points. It weights 3.5 Kg and includes two main poles, ropes and storage bags. The medium one is 4.80 M x 4.15 M at the widest points. 😀👍
There’s a difference between off road and off road semi off road means just going down a few dirt roads to get to a nice camping spot. Off-road means drive into the cape or the Gibb River Road. Totally different driving for a vehicle and caravan that needs to be well equipped 👍
Thanks Steve and Rob for the tour of the new van .
Looks great .
Can't see Rob sleeping in the roof top tent after sleeping in the new van .
Yeah I recon there will be a dot for sale soon

Great vid Steve. Congrats to Rob on his new van. 😀👍
looks like a nice bit of kit. Cheers Steve
It’s a lovely van Rob! Safe travels.
Nice van guys. Great job from the clip you both made guys. Next question guys how many food bowls does Rob carry with him 🤣😉
Food bowls? 🤫
@@acafwd My mistake they were the same ones at 11.33 and 25.35 into the clip Rob
You should’ve asked how many bottles of dishwashing liquid 🤣🤣
@@jackturtle131 hahaha.. we actually used most of them on the last trip too with the pizzas
Enjoyed the video. Thanks. Do you think a 150 series Prado would tow the 13 ft van?
Not sure about that you would have to check your manual for what your towing capacity is, and then it really depends on the van that you are buying

Mate the drifter awning looks good, what brand of stone guard is fitted to the front draw bar .
Hi @behinntanton1385. It is one sold by Outback Equipment. Specifically this one is the Camper Van Stone Shield W/ Mesh 3pce Black (2150mm X 500mm)
Hi
Amazing ideas
Can you please let me know where did you get the clothe liner
I’m not sure I’ll have to message Rob who owns the caravan and ask him
@@Sawadventures67 thank you
It such a great idea ours still new and we are still figuring how we organise it
We bought 11 though
It's a off road van not a semi off road. It's either off road or not
