Nice baby duck, but the "tutorial" is more showing your skills, than teaching how to...I had to guess reference points and angles so often, as when it comes to "important" moves, you always seem to speed up, for what reason ever.. Thanks anyway for posting-

Perhaps replay at a slower pace-I thought the folding sequence with the color change for the beak was nicely done. I think this is an excellent model for low-intermediate folders (me, being one of which). Thank you for teaching this model.
You lost me with the weird beak thing when u unfolded it then bent it and it somehow didn’t rip
Too fast and not exact, you don't see where the folds are.
I know I can’t help with the second part, but if it’s too fast, you could always slow it down to .75, .50 or .25
@@carriejones2827 Speed is not the issues, there is no pause with fingers out of the way, to see where the folds need to happen, especially in the end, where he is rounding the head of the duck.
I tried this and my paper wouldn’t fold the way you are folding it.

Instead of using origami I cut a paper into a square and coloured it yellow and orange

I got stuck, and couldn't figure it out, because there is no subtitles or voice over of where/what to fold.
The beak inversion at 6:16 broke me (and my paper).

Not good demo - much too small a paper that gets so small by 4 minutes into the video that the maker's thumbs and fingers obscure all the detail and frankly ludicrously fiddly folds - the whole thing disappears inside itself. Also it isn't at all helpful when constantly swapping to the other side and changing the orientation through 90° & 180°. It seems nobody makes clear origami TH-cam presentations with a commentary and so we learners can see what is going on. Even pausing the video 30 times didn't produce the desired result. Can't give this a like but thank you for trying.

What the hell was the beak part? Holy shit I was doing great up until that, I spent an hour on that to no avail, jesus christ! Some clearer instruction would've been nice, that was magic 😅. I know, I know, I suck but come on! Phew I'm exhausted.

For sure this is not a beginner model. For a classroom of small kids I suggest nothing more complex than a paper airplane, and if some of them show interest, maybe a crane for the gifted ones.
