Stan, you have been most missed, sir! It's an honour to have you around. The caramelised onions are stupid good and super easy. I'd make as much as possible and keep it in the fridge. They go great with anything. As for the gazpacho, I actually almost just enjoyed that as a snack drink out of the fridge or served in a bowl. Won't last you too long if you're into tomatoes. If you do end up making some, watch out for rancid olive oil as that can have a slightly bitter off taste and overpower the other stuff. :) P.S. I know, right.
