I have seen people commenting like " itni mirchi" on a Kolhapuri dishe . Or some write that "coconut milk spoils the taste" on videos of coastal recipes. Qualifying characteristic of a foodie is to understand and appreciate all food cultures and taste preference and appreciate it. It doesn't work at all. The quantity shown in the video isn't accurate or probably something is missing in the video. I tried to make pizza with same amount as described in video but it didn't work out.

It took my pizza about 40+ minutes to bake, time is misleading.
Edit: it took me about 50+ mins, even tho i had it pre heated for about 30 mins.
My pizza takes 10 to 15 minutes only to baked. Its depends on oven.
