RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 large zucchini.
1 onion.
Salt. Black pepper.
olive oil
Oregano.
Paprika.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
3 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Oregano.
Paprika.
Breadcrumbs 40 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Parmesan 50 gr. / 1/5 cup.
mixing
Mix vegetables well.
Mozzarella 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
vegetable fat.
breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
While the cake is cooking, I'll make the sauce.
Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2 table spoons.
Garlic.
Dill.

DELICIOUS! Eating it as I am typing this - hubby and I both love it. I substituted mozzarella for cheddar and sour cream for green yogurt to accommodate my kitchen - but still perfect! Thank you I will def make again and again.
