u have to get free private server and give your self builder mode and edit the map.
in this case he made this entire map

how do u get delete orginal buildings from the map?

i dont believe you can but, in the same console where you get the building tool, you can press the fly option which will let you fly out of the map where you can then build without the main map in your way. And to remove the map spawnpoints there's an option to do that in the build tool (it only removes the original game spawnpoints, not the ones you make)
