i just feel bad for how Kinigra got treated by her daughter while she was just trying to be a good mom and trying to sell chicken to people so they can eat and she really almost made me cry and i'm not even in the video and I'm still shedding tears

I am a new manager(recently promoted) in my current organization and i have to attend my manager interview in another firm, what should be the answer that i can give in the interview if i would be asked" why do you want to switch?" Or " what makes you think that its the right time to switch to another firm considering you are recently promoted in your organisation?

To everyone watching this, I kid you not, I binged this dude’s videos for two straight days before my interview and was offered the position almost immediately after. I used nearly all the advice he gave, remained confident even when stumped, and openly admitted to being aware of my flaws but eager to improve. Though I had no direct experience related to the job, they said my attitude and preparation is what won them over. I start in a week. Don’t give up hope. It gets better!

They own it together... So as long as the songs are streamed, the producer also has his share... Unlike the director who is paid for the creation of only one video...
