Cobb pedestrian bridge to connect the Battery to city of Smyrna

A new pedestrian bridge in Cobb County will allow pedestrians to walk over several lanes of traffic between the Battery and the city of Smyrna.

It was already a massive amount of money spent to build that highway that dead ends at the stadium.
Why there was no railway included, or better yet in connection to MARTA is just more of the same.
A pedestrian bridge is needed though if for no other reason than affordable game day parking.
