The food looks good but the lady should use plain paper rather than newspaper to wrap with the bread…

Actually, that’s not “news paper”. It’s some kind of old calendar paper instead. And the back side of it is “plain” white. Because of the old days most food stands are used this kind of “recycle paper” to wrapping Bánh Mì. Though it’s not supposed to. But it’s how they’re used to.
