Jess Thompson great suggestion. Also, if you added a thin piece of foam instead of the cardboard I think you'd have great results, as this mimics traditional wood mounted rubber stamps. I know nothing about 3d printing, except from what you've taught me, yet I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to stamping. If you do not want to change the design, stamping with a mouse pad under or on top stack of magazines should produce a more consistent, bold stamp impression as an alternative. Good luck!
You could totally make a stamp of your personal signature. I always get self conscious about how much my signature changes everytime i write it, and with that you'd have a truly personal, potentially pretty useful stamp!
Cool idea with the stamps, especially printing on glass. Is it possible you can add a knob to the back of the stamp, that way you can hold it easier. Thanks
I don't have a 3d printer nor am i interested in having one but I find your videos so entertaining to watch! I have watched all your videos! love your work
Hey Devin. I found your channel a couple months ago and I have been inspired to 3d print ever since. I have always been into 3d modelling and I thought 3d printing would be a good way to make them come to life. I finally got my first low end printer and my first print is printing as I watch this video:)
So, I ordered a package last Friday and it got here yesterday and I was really excited! As soon as I saw your stamp I knew what it was :) Then I came to your channel to check if you made a video about the stamp and now I realize that it truly is a new thing lol so exciting! By the way, for some reason I couldn't figure out why I couldn't review the crying centaur I got but I'll tell you here that it is so awesome and larger than expected! Thank you for the details as well, I do appreciate it :D
Now I have to share my wacky dream with the world. I dreamed that I was watching a documentary about Devin and in the doc he was seen wearing a green T, taupe cargo pants and a light pink tutu on top of the pants. He explained that he makes a lot of his own clothes because he doesn't want to follow any fashion dictated from above. He said: "I get a lot of my fashion sense from my two-year-old daughter. She is very unprejudiced in the way she dresses. Like her, I don't want to follow any norm." Until now I've been watching this channel, but I think today I will subscribe.
You should make a time lapse video from the things you make for your etsy shop. I know some people like watching your videos just for the satisfaction of seeing something made from start to finish, so that would be really cool!
the first time I watched any of your vids and noticed that "cool" on the intro i thought it was lame. then, I liked the video and watched many more. now it's just awesome. your'e awesome.
You should consider curving your backplates, that would probably eliminate the problem with the middles. Just bowl the whole thing the tiniest bit that way once its glued in you can roll the whole thing out every time.
Wait, are you able to make custom orders? I own a cosmetics line on etsy and I've been looking for a way to press my logo into my powder products. This is so cool!
Is that dye based inkpad (a water base) you have there?. A pigment inkpad (glycerine based), available from most craft stores would adhere better to the stamp and give a cleaner stamped image. look for a Versafine inkpad and you can't go wrong.
Hey, Devin, can you put out a video on a technique to making a tube with a 3d pen? I'm having trouble making one of the cacti that you made in another video. Please do this!
Hey Devon! I have a suggestion for a video! You know what hand spinners are? If you don't, try looking them up and coming up with a design and printing one! I think you'd be very good at it!
I made something similar to this but it was a wax stamper. Mine didn't work out. your ninjaflex idea was better than just pla. Another reason I think mine didn't work was because the wax easily got stuck in the small 30mm diameter of the stamper.
Hey idk if you remember I commented on I think the last video saying that I wanted a 3D printer but don't have much money and so on. And then you replied that some company just released a printer for around $150 I was wondering if you could make a review on that printer?
.1mm nozle will take days to print. 0.1mm should be the max resolution you can print with. They are different things. Get a 0,4mm nozzle. It is a great compromise between speed and quality. One of the best to start!
Who designed your logos? From that, to your intros/outros, to your music, you have very impressive branding! (Something I really strive for, even as an early content creator.)
haha I guess it's the day for making ninjaflex logo stamps, just did the same thing last night! You might try gluing the print to EVA foam like I did here th-cam.com/video/yUCxJHnrGaQ/w-d-xo.html easier to handle. Also, regular contact cement such as Weldwood doesn't cause sagging you encountered, maybe give that adhesive a go next time. Thanks for the vid, fun to see another approach!
If you scuff the top of the stamp with really fine sand paper or a dry magic eraser sponge, it'll hold the ink a lot better and give you a nicer print

Instead of having it flat on the back, why not add a handle?
Ryan yep. This. I hate getting ink on my hands :-)
It should not have taken me me this long to realize your logo was an M, and an A
You just destroyed my world
here I was thinking it was a mountain

Your voice is so soothing 😌 Sorry if this is creepy, lol but your videos literally help reduce my anxiety
Alyssa Olivarria, you are not alone.

The stamps turned out nice!

Fri video. I want print a stamp to put Wilson from castaway on golf balls, would it be easy? Cheers
Cool! Might have to try that myself.
Wow I'm an idiot, I just realized the two white trinagles in your logo are an "M" and the black one is an "A".
Dex Dex omg omg omg

the first time I watched any of your vids and noticed that "cool" on the intro i thought it was lame. then, I liked the video and watched many more. now it's just awesome. your'e awesome.
I would make a stamp out of a cloud
...what?
That's pretty cool. I'll look into ninja flex. Have you considered adding a handle?
Printing stamps does work very well with the Formlabs Form 2 and the Flexible resin, i made some last summer :-)
Love your work, Devon!

Will Cook oh my god this would work so well for that!
Congrats on 3doodler awards you won!!
thanks :)

thanks for the tip!
its 2am! i cant sleep there's a snow removal machine in front of my house each night there's snow (im in Québec) glad to watch your video.
Maybe you could make custom stamps on your etsy?? More complicated designs being more expensive and simpler ones less.
I wonder if a small handle would reduce from making it's way to your hands.
informative and entertaining as always

i LOVE all your 3d printing video
pls do more!!
Is there any specific meaning to your logo? It looks pretty sleek and awesome!
jjfwtz14 merp
jjfwtz14 M A
does the roughness from the top layer help holding the ink resulting in making batter stamp
Congrats on the etsy shop! I love your videos by the way.
Cool you have a stamps Collection... what about a 3-D printed stamp collection
I went to your description area to check out your etsy shop but no link.. maybe you can add it??
+HappyWifeCrafts Suzie there is a link, maybe you have to click 'view more'
Good content, plus you're so damn likable, man. Keep up the good work.

Hey idk if you remember I commented on I think the last video saying that I wanted a 3D printer but don't have much money and so on. And then you replied that some company just released a printer for around $150
I was wondering if you could make a review on that printer?
the printer was announced at CES, but it's being released later this year
i love you and your work,!
Devin, What's the font you're using for your name? Looks like "perfection board game" pieces.
It's Avenir light... basically my favorite font :D
What do you use to edit your videos? PS ur vids are awesome!!
where did you get your logo idea?
BRAIN!
This is cool
For your next video can u use one of your 3d pens to make a handle
You are amazing! Thank you for your work and sharing it with us!
My new favorite youtuber (:
+Arslan sweeet!
Awesome video! Keep up the awesome content 😁

hello i am planning to buy a affordable 3d printer it has 0,1 millimeter nozle and a heated print bed do you have any tips for me? :)
.1 mm is super tiny, sounds very difficult to print with
Make Anything // 3D Printing Channel i ment the resolution is .1 mm or is that the same
.1mm nozle will take days to print.
0.1mm should be the max resolution you can print with.
They are different things.

SonarIsDead ah thnx it said .1 mm resolution on the website
Skoby192 is Boss i will take a look at it :D
hi Devin your amazing
I would have been so bummed after the glue sunk the middle of the stamp! Nice quick fix though 👍
from wear you get different types of filament give link in the description everytime pleas
Hi, the active fan of your replicator is not well placed. The '' tree'' sticker must be hidden and the fan should pull air from the front.
Victor
Thanks Victor. I don't use this printer anymore, but I remember finding people suggest both and never saw a noticeable difference either way 🤔
somehow i'm just now seeing this video even after following this channel for 6 years lol
devin, your great. soooo ptoud of you♡
I would print a panic! At the disco stamp
Brendon Urie because Brendon is bae
When you have to be constantly 3D printing objects, it would be better to have the print be a mold and then inject plastic into it
Rony McJony that's actually a waste of plastic and is honest more work than it's worth on this small a scale especially with what he's printing
Who designed your logos? From that, to your intros/outros, to your music, you have very impressive branding! (Something I really strive for, even as an early content creator.)
This is great thanks for making the vid have a nice day
Do you need to use ninjaflex?
I love the gala tops will there be enough for everyone here?😂
sure shapeways.
What is your 3D printer?
My 3D printed stamp would be my End of the Raynbow logo! 😊🌈
8.50 DOLLARS FOR A GALACTOP!!! Outrageous
I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!! AAAAAAHHHHHH ITS SO LATE I DON'T KNOW WHY IM UP AHAHAHAHAHA
Same! I actually find these videos really calming though, so hopefully I can sleep lol
Adriana Perez lol

Hello, do you take order? I would like to buy a 4x4 inches round rubber stamp.
where do you buy ninga flex?
Wow I didn't know u could print rubber
u should make a handel for it
What software do you use?
Hi, What is this software you are using?
what 3d modeling program do you use?
I gotta go save some money now.

Replicator 2
Make Anything // 3D Printing Channel i like ur stamps

devinmontes.com/store

What is your etsy called?
I couldn't find it
+KK8029 K link in the description :)
OMG YOU ACTUALLY RESPONDED!!! THANKYOU!!
My stamp would probably be a warfstache, or a Septiceye Sam. (First 10 people to recognize those two get 10 Boss Points)
Also, if I were to make a 3d printed stamp, it would have to be a Keith Haring dog
haha I guess it's the day for making ninjaflex logo stamps, just did the same thing last night! What a coincidence! I liked your video, good techniques :)

Good morning!
