While your mind may be short-changing your vision, your mind is still a gift to the world. Pay It Forward is a treasure chest of art work that happily is free for generations to come. Most of us do not accomplish in our lifetime what your mind has created in only a few years. Your Master Class and extras on Etsy are gems from a master teacher on creating. Thanks for sharing and while this video had disappointing news, I will cherish each new future project you bless us with. Grateful for everything you have given us already. Less projects is still MORE if they are created by you!

Lovely to catch up with Q&A and so incredibly sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I can't thank you enough for all you give, both of yourself and in all you create. Your Masterclasses and encouragement has been transformational as I recently started designing my own bears that are so visibly improved in comparison with my first attempts. I can't wait for the new bear you talked about and will be first in the que! I also find not looking at other designers more helpful in producing work that is true to one's self...lots of love Maggie Gee. X
Hi Lisa. I thank the day when I came across your channel . You are a very special lady who we ALL love so much. Thank you for sharing such an incredible sensitive Part of your life , that couldn’t have been easy for you. I want you to know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. My dearest friend my heart truly hurts for you and reminds me of how cruel life can be at times, I have had the honor of having two beautiful siblings, a brother and sister that were both born blind, so I do particularly understand your struggles, please know that I am always and forever grateful to have found you and your channel on TH-cam Lisa I adore you and your beautiful art and will pray for you to keep your sight for as long as possible, and may you find strength and comfort from all who follow you on life’s journey ❤😘love Kathleen
Hey Lisa I hope you are well, I absolutely love the taxidermy stuff so wouldn’t be adverse to more but appreciate to have to cater for everyone 🥰 you mentioned you wanted ideas etc, I would absolutely love to see a Christopher Robin style Tiger to complete the Pooh, piglet, and Dear Donkey Set ❤️❤️
PS. I loooove a lot of your older pieces. I have plans for a number of them as I can find the time. I love your pincushions, your needlebooks, your wall hangings, and little stuffed animals... well, I guess I just love everything you do!
Late to this "party" but oh, so distressed for you. As an artist I understand that, but as you have the deafness this is so much bigger. You are such a treasure to the world. You will be in my prayers continually, for healing, for strength, for a miracle. God bless. Much love and so many thanks.
A mouse would be awesome! I’ve made several on my own, a simple white mouse from toweling and a mop head, and a white leather modernist mouse. Best wishes for retaining your sight. I wear hearing aids and struggle with aging eyes-glare off the needle, threading the machine, and hand-stitching is best done on a sunny day! 🐭
I am so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Please know that we are all here and completely understand if you need a break to take care of yourself. I have some questions to ask you and a project suggestion. My question is, have you ever used Kapok? I have a lot of it and wondered if using it would affect the outcome of the soft sculptures. Also, can I suggest a future master class project? I am hoping for a “Tigger”…. I absolutely love the Winnie the Pooh stories and illustrations. I love the projects that you have shared on Master class. Especially the donkey!!! Love love love him. He was my favorite growing up. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and beautiful works of art. I am so lucky to have found you. Hugs and love. Holly
You made me smile ,saying the dye eye spotting something white, with your daughter I just felt the love between you both and how much you enjoy being together just something I felt and had to say ❤
You are such a lovely inspiration thank you for all you do. I would love to see textile jewelry as well as your upcycled clothing. Your artistic gift is amazing.
Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear your recent diagnosis.. Sending prayers and positive thoughts to you. Your creations are truly amazing and they always give me a smile and comfort. Please take care and don't overwork for us. x
I saw True Blue and knew I HAD to join masterclass to learn how to make him (because my son's GF owns a blue heeler, Bowie) and I wanted to make that dog for her! However, the first project I made was the robot because it just made me smile and I thought that I could do that with the techniques required (although I have not tried air brushing yet, I used alcohol markers). So I'm glad you have told us to start with the goat and that will probably be my next MC project. I love everything you create, Lisa and am so grateful and amazed you are willing to share you talent with us. 💞
Mouse. . .Lol Lisa, you are are so funny. I enlarged the Patchwork Mouse, head. And used the cuddy body. Also used the memory bear body.. Changed the feet up a little. I'm sorry to hear you are having health issues. You will be in my prayers. Thank you so much. I just donated 7 of my projects, to my cousin. She does a Alzheimer's walk and auctions once a year . She was thrilled and will put my Louis French Bull Dog in the silent auction. As you say, Pay it Forward!
Hey Linda! Thank you for PayingItForward with your beautiful makes, I love that you experiment with my patterns, Lucky person who wins your Lois, good luck!🥰
Thank you Lisa for sharing your story. I know how hard it is to share private things with such a public audience. I hope you can slow down a bit and take more time for yourself. Our health always should come 1st. We aren't good for anyone, if we can't take time to take care of ourselves. I've spent the last 2 years making your Pay It Forward, and still ha ent made all of the patterns. Thers so many amazing patterns to keep everyone busy for many years. I'm enjoying Masterclass, I've had a busy time on the home front, and haven't had a lot of time to sew, but life is slowing down a little, and I've been working on my 1st big project, and enjoying every bit of it. Almost done though. I've had to slow down, with some health issues too, so I completely understand, your health is so important. Take care of yourself 1st, please! We all appreciate everything you do to create and share your talents and artistry with us. Thank you for all you do, and all you are!
Lisa I'm so grateful for all you do. I'm an artist and have health issues that are slowly removing the ability to use my hands, so I feel like I understand a little bit of what you're going through. 😥🤗 Do you have any tutorials about how to go about designing your own patterns? I'm relatively new to the world of sewing, and am in awe of how you're able to visualise a 3D product in the form of a 2D pattern. I would love to learn.
I am so sorry to hear about your health issues, I can't even begin to imagine not having my sight, I also have a sight problem in I have glucomber which if not treated can case blindness and that would be my biggest fear. So I wish you all the best and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your work you do for us all you are truly loved
Lisa - I've only just seen your video, you did make me laugh when you mentioned 'dye eye' - as I have done the same! :) I am sorry to hear about about your health issues, you were so brave to talk about it to all of us. I will patiently wait for any new Pay It Forward projects as I think all our fans(family) will. YOU have given us a gift that has allowed us to dream, see and attempt things we never thought possible. THANK YOU
I am a new Patreon Masterclass member, and I love your work. I've made the chicken and dressmaker pincushion, and I love my owl needlebook. Thank you for sharing your art. I know what's it's like to love to work with your hands and have your body pushing back. Keep strong and keep creating. (Ok, so start with the goat...was going straight for the robot😂)
I too hope and pray you can keep your sight, but if it happens I have no doubt that you will find your way to a new way of expressing your artistry. You are truly a beautiful gift
@@payitforward9442 Wow that would be amazing I collect all the Cosgrove Hall stuff when they did the animated versions of Oh Mr Toad and Wind in the Willows I always wanted to go and have dinner with Toad and the others 🤣🤣
Hello Lisa Here in Virginia I’m always inspired by what you do, I’m trying stuff I’ve never done…..you sound like me in what you like color wise…..please be well, prayers for your health ….love the hair too……you are loved I agree ! Karolyn
You are such an inspiration for creativity and for positivity! I am so sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but I feel with your strength and attitude, you will march on! I would love to see anything chihuahua, especially a little chihuahua for the dog house needle book. Congratulations on the newest baby in your family. I can’t wait to see Polly Pocket. We have chihuahuas also and love the breed. Thank you for sharing your creations and teaching us so many skills and your positive way of thinking in life! ❤❤❤
Lisa, Lisa, Lisa, you are truly a beautiful person. I’m so sorry to hear that your eyesight is in jeopardy and I hope you can retain some sight for a very long time ❤️ I can certainly recommend scrolling back through your site - endless gems await. I’m loving the pin cushion collection as they make fabulous gifts for friends that craft. I also saw on FB the sleeping puppy - made one for a little girl who loved it, and one for a friend who’s own dog has passed and her heart was aching and it gave her a little comfort. Look forward to meeting your daughter and seeing what you come up with together. It did make me smile when you said ‘I’m a very black and white person’ know what you mean by that but I have never known such a colourful person ❤️ Here’s looking at you kid x
Hi Lisa: So nice to see you! Your outfit is stunning, and your hair is always gorgeous! Sorry to hear about your Dystonia diagnosis. It can affect so many different muscles. I have it in my hands and right leg and foot. Not easy to sew, paint, knit, slow stitch, etc. It takes awhile to complete a project and like you, some days are better than others. I use a walker or a cane, but I can still function. Hopefully, they can figure something out for you. Curious if your doctors ever mentioned Deep Brain Stimulation. I know they use the procedure on severe cases. Thank you for sharing. It will make people more aware. Most people never heard Dystonia and yet, 300,000 Americans are affected. 💜😎🇺🇸
I love ur hair ,very different in a great way . Im grey naturally its actually going back to darker in parts🥴 love all ur creatures etc ur v talented ❤
Lisa I had to pause ,I was thrilled to hear you are staying with Story Book and commend your reasons. I myself get freaked out with any animal on a wall plaque but the most disturbing part of this video is you Dystonia. This saddens me deeply for you. Your attitude and transparency about everything in your life is none of our business and still, you share. God love you and keep you healthy and well. The Meniers disease is something I know about . I have never been officially diagnosed yet but practically live on meclizine. The ringing ears and dizziness is so uncomfortable and a bit scary. I certainly hope yours in totally under control. Jeez I have a lot to ask the Lord in prayer. I had so many questions but they don't seem so important this morning, I just want you to know you are always in my thoughts and prayers and that will continue. I feel just gutted for you. Sending much love and huge hugs from Philadelphia. Kathleen.
Thank you Lisa for this nice coffee chat😊 I’m sorry to hear about your health issues, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers .May God bless you and your family 🥰
I love you in Lime Lisa, it really looks great on you, but then you always look great. I look forward to seeing you and Memphis on screen together creating and the making of a chihuahua. I treasure every moment creating along with you and will even more so now, though I hope something is around the corner that will help you medically. I love going back through Payitforward and checking out the patterns, I aim to make each of the cuddle doll series as well as the needle books and pincushions. I started Patreon with the giraffe and got scared of spray painting can’t think of the right term at the moment lol then left it (UFO) and made Reggie my badger whom I love. I have just purchased my mohair for donkey and am waiting for the ear colour to arrive, Dear donkey is my birthday present to me and I am wanting to make the meerkat and cat lady as well as others. I have many others on my to do list, so though I look forward to your monthly surprises there are so many before that need to be made. lol I have the dark green mohair for guacamole and am still waiting for the light green to come in but I’ve waited this long for the blue of dear donkey so I’m sure it will be here soon and my son can buy my pattern for my birthday lol. Got it all worked out. I love your positive attitude Lisa y.our such an inspiration to many of us and will be discussing dystonia with my dr next month his been trying to work out what my spasms and are this could be it, I put it down to my panic attacks but I just seize up I’m there but can’t move for about five minutes, thankfully it doesn’t happen often since I started taking a med for something else lol. Here’s me going on and on again. Take care Lisa God bless you.
Hi Lisa I’m loving all your work.. I’ve just discovered your channel I can’t wait to get started.. can you please tell me where you purchase your felt from in Australia? Thank you
Oh Lisa! I am SO SORRY to hear about your dystonia diagnosis. As you say, as an artist, don't take my sight. I am diabetic - it's a curse from my mother's side of the family. My maternal grandmother lost her eyesight due to it. It is one of the things that frightens me most about the condition. You will be in my thoughts that your eyesight remains with you for as long as you are here on this earth.
God bless you, Lisa you have a heart of gold. I pray that the Lord will keep your eyesight strong for years to come. I always look forward to seeing what wonderful creations you make, and I hope you can make more and more as he has gone. PS I would like to see a 3-D king lion can you make that no flat face to dimensional thank you. I think that would be cute. you can also use fuzzy plushy hair for his main or whatever else you have in mind.❤🦁🥰
Lisa thank you for the gift that is you. I love all your creations and your generous soul. I am so sorry to hear about your eyes. Is there anything I (we your followers) can do to pay it forward to you?
Hello, I have just joined your patreon masterclasses. I am interested in making Chanel but I can't find any mention of the materials needed. Can you tell me where to find them? thanks.
Grey hair CAN BE very pretty...IF you have the skin tone/coloring to make it work. MANY do NOT, and I am one of them. Sadly, because my hair is mostly SILVER..a very pretty, shinny SILVER.. NOT GREY. However, when I tried to go with it...I looked very sick. So NOT ALL people can carry it off. Just like ANY color of hair or clothing...one type does NOT FIT ALL.
Personally, I would not be interested in a Taxidermy project, it's just not appealing to me. For that matter, I don't rally like the "busts," but again, it's personal preference. To each his/her own, that's what makes art so amazing - there is something for everyone's taste.

You have a kind heart Carol and I appreciate your support, thank you🥰
Prayers up!💖

Kathleen.
You are my Angel Kathleen, my goodness we share Menieres issues! Thinking of you too, much Love❤️

You are so very welcome, thank you🥰
I’m sorry you suffer this way😞 Diabetes has many crippling aspects to it hey? I wish you beautiful sight too!🥰
@@payitforward9442 Yes. None of them fun.
You will be the coolest pirate ever existed!!! 🫶🏻🥹
