Estonian is official language of estonia, people can easily understand and speak english but learning estonian is important to getting passport and PR. If you can speak estonian than you can find job easily.

No need to pay in advance for the dorm; just ask the university, and they will arrange it. All degrees and certificates should be attested by the foreign affairs. In Estonia, it generally takes 2-3 months for TRP. You need a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) for a job, but you can find a place in the dorm without TRP; universities have their own dorms.

My problem is. I have done bechlore from Indian university. Its worlds biggest university. It take longer time to reply to request.
University of Tartu need transcription and certified documents directly sent by institutions. Once they declare that my admission is accepted I have 3 weeks to send the documents to university of Tartu. I am not allowed to send it before jniversity asked for document.
My university may take 2 or 3 months to send the documents transcript to University of Tartu. Even not sure if they send it suxcessfuly or not.
My question is.
Is it ok to get the transcripts from previous university in closed enveleop sealed with me and send Tartu university when required?. I alrsady asked university of Tartu didnt get any reply.
