HULK WON stop crying its not hulks fault thanos turned his back on his opponent. He hit thanos so hard Thanos couldn’t even stand up to save himself from getting stabbed that will tell u how weak he was after that punch because literally before this fight he put his hand through a man’s chest while he was in the same position he was in right here.
Funny part is that it wasn’t even the stab through the head that stopped him. It was Hulk continuing to beat down on him afterwards that made it clear Thanos would stay down this time.

It’s very nice to see a proper fight between Hulk and Thanos. Not just them killing each other off screen, not having a brief scuffle, or slapping each other away. I laughed a lot when Thanos tried to use the stone on Hulk only for Hulk to bite his arm and force him to fight like a real man.

For 2024 standards this comic has great art and fighting choreography, the testosterone was real in this fight, especially the eyes of Thanos and The Hulk gives tons of personality like the good old days when writing a comic was like writing a book.
This is clear win for hulk people complain about the cheap shot but thanos turned his back on hulk so its his own fault and he wasn't distracted by anyone so its not cheating
A new Hulk? He's talking like Joe Fixit, Has Doc's hair and is built like Savage... Great video, watching him slap Thanos around was sweet considering what they did to him in the movie.
He’s called the Fractured Son in case you’re wondering. In his own series he’s dealing with characters who can threaten the Nexus of all realities.
This is the first time we've had an actual fight between hulk and Thanos, usually Thanos would backhand hulk away and focus on other things or it would be a weakened or lesser version of Hulk, but this time he fought against Green scar hulk(allegedly) and without any outside interference. I think it's cool that Hulk finally defeated Thanos because he's been getting more powerful recently and the usual interaction between them got old.
Shit especially since learning this is essentially powers granted to him by a connection with the One Below All, he damn well should finally be whooping his ass. Ive felt like this world war hulk

I mostly agree with you but i wouldn't call it a win for the Hulk. How i see that it's more like Hulk was lucky that this Girl made Thanos go to sleep before he would have gone serious and that Hulk literally left afterwards.

HOLY CRAP!!! I just realised.. This is the first ever Canonical Actual Fight between Hulk and Thanos. Every other times they have interacted it wasnt really a fight.
1) In IG Thanos backhands away Hulk&Drax and thats the end of it ( hulk wasnt ko'd or defeated )
2) In hulkVthanos the fight is only two panels long with hulk punching thanos's shield and thanos lasering him and walking away ( hulk wasnt ko'd or defeated )
3) In infinity Thanos sends his black order to deal with the hulk.
But this time they are Actually having a drawn-out back and forth tussle. It technically took 30+ years for a legit 1v1 fight between these two in Canon but here we are.
All of those examples are Thanos hitting Hulk so hard he can’t fight back for at least a considerable amount of time. Not one of those does Thanos actually run away or anything, the only contentious one is Infinity cause Thanos ended up having to fight the other Avengers and Hulk had to take on some of the Black Order.
So it’s hard to say they weren’t “fights” just cause Thanos smacked the shit out of the Hulk every time they encountered each other before lol. Also, Hulk is explicitly amped right now, this isn’t base Hulk.
On the second one. Hulk quite litteraly lost buddy.Hulk was on the floor and couldnt even get up by that logic that you used in this fight. That is a defeat. Also thanos fought hulk and beat him in thanos issue 2 2024

A true proper win in a Hulk vs Thanos fight is something we're never gonna get, I see.
No no we're going to get it and we're seeing it play out slowly. The Hulk will eventually be the strongest hero in Marvel but they can't rush to that and I mean in the last 20 to 30 years 😂🤣. He's obviously getting stronger and stronger as the years go on something Thanos predicted a while back. It's going to be hard for him to be written if they rush to that you know that as a fellow fan. It's frustrating but I get it.
Nah keep coping, every major comic channel is calling this a win for the hulk. Hulk stretching and thanos on all 4s. “Hulk had his neck snapped!” Yeah and he instantly regenerated, no one gives a fuck. Hulk won clean. No one cries when Deadpool or Wolverine use their healing abilities.

So what makes you so sure that Thanos wouldn't have also gotten back up and went right back into throwing hands? If it wasn't for someone else interfering and chatting him up with the mind stone talk and then surprise attacking him with a sword? Not to mention Thanos was walking away and let his guard down which enabled Hulk to cheap-shot him from the back to begin with. And bringing in other TH-cam comic channels isn't gonna help your case. Most of them are resident Hulk, Thor and Superman glazers who love ignoring and not critically analysing the context behind feats when it doesn't suit their narrative. And don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying Thanos is still stronger or outperformed Hulk here either. It simply wasn't a clean win for either, as always.
Thanos has always been protected by ‘Plot Armor’ in previous battles….this is what happens when he’s not and Marvel is finally showing us what the Hulk can do to Thanos man to man. The thing that I want to point out that nobody has mentioned is this: in theory, the Mind Stone is one of the most knowledgeable artifacts in the multiverse…..when Thanos asked the stone, “who are you calling with the power to stop me?”….it answered by summoning The Hulk!!!! Boom! Proof that Hulk is actually more powerful than Thanos when he doesn’t have a powerful artifact like the infinity gauntlet or plot armor to enable him to win. He had no plot armour in previous battles Thanos is just normally stronger than guys of Hulk’s caliber. Every other time they crossed paths Thanos clearly overpowers him, even though it’s brief. Also, Hulk is amped right now. There’s so much context you’re deliberately mixing up lol
The only one protected by plot armor in this very fight and i dare say most of his fight is Hulk himself. do you have any idea how many different ways Thanos would have ended Hulk without even having to make it a fist cuffs??? but like every writer always does, they knows Hulk is a one trick pony. the only way to give him a chance in a fight against people like Thanos who doesn't overly rely on physical strength alone to win fights is to turn them to a one trick pony ( fistfight ) like the hulk. because if they allowed them to utilize their numerous abilities and HAX HULK wouldn't stand a chance in hell.

Really cool seeing this fight take rounds! The most exciting new one i've seen in a while! So is the fractured son a new Hulk persona, or is devil hulk in the driver seat? I knew banners locked up in that subconscious mind scape. Doesn't seem like savage anyway, and Hulk here acts like he's never seen the mind stone or has personally met thanos. He kinda reminds me of a grumpier version of how hulk acted when doctor doom separated hulk and bruce.
Thanos was written out of character but this is a good portrayal of their strength in comparison to each other. Current Hulk is more powerful than most peope know.

Thanos got wrecked. He was on his knees and down for the count enough that some girl with a sword was able to take him out. He wasn't walking away from this one. He tried the eye beams and breaking hulk's neck, neither worked.
He was about to his clothes folded with him still in them.

This was a fair win for Hulk mainly due to Thanos foolishly underestimating his opponent which is on him. I actually like the way this was done since this was a back and forth battle with neither outright dominating the other leaving room for further debates as to who would win a head to head fight.
Even if you don't count this as a fair straight up win for Hulk if nothing else you can say this a BIG showing of strength or striking power for him to cripple Thanos like this who wasn't able to stand after that backshot.
Thanos never underestimated Hulk. It's been established Thanos has avoided a direct fight with Hulk. Thanos knows in a prolonged fight Hulk keeps getting more dangerous.

This fight makes me want to see another rematch between Hulk and Thanos in the future. Where Thanos doesn't underestimate Hulk and doesn't let his ego get the best of him

Not the base Hulk everyone knows. This is new base Hulk, fractured son. The one most people are familiar with is Savage Hulk, who was weaker than this Hulk. This fight itself isn't much bad writing aside from Thanos not using his brain. But their strength portrayal is accurate for the most part.

This is exactly how Hulk fights. He did something similar to Silver Surfer in Planet Hulk. Attacks the opponent when they don't expect it after getting cooked by them

Thanos isnt well written here but once again it begs the question of how do you make legit threats when your heroes are this strong? Characters like Thanos and Darkseid should never get defeated solo by Hulk or Superman. I always liked Hulk best when his power was potential and not regularly manifested. Very few writers do a good job with the titan so hes just boring and overused now.
@@andrewboyer7544 I don't mind Thanos losing because the potential shit gets old after a while and people want to see that potential actually reached, It's been over 30 years and we never got an actual fight between thanos and hulk until now. I agree that it takes away from Thanos but his role has been overplayed already and it's time for new stuff instead of the same old status quo.

@stalliontv8788 not really. It required so many characters to not use their powers or behave in strange ways to make the story work. There were tons of things I liked about it but as a whole I thought it was 6.5-7. I don't care for Sentry either so the finale did nothing for me. I think that version if Hulk is one of my favorites but it's just not the story I would have wanted. Even planet Hulk was more or less a John Carter rip off. I liked both stories more the first time I read them but they've lost points as time goes on.

Yeah, that whole fight I would say Thanos was the winner if we didn’t include Hulk’s regeneration, base on points of body shots and having the upper hand shown, Thanos was winning…even when he was hit with in the back, he didn’t seem to be damage at all but surprised

The way they first created Thanos was that his intellect, combined with his technology, strength, durability, and nihilistic view, made him a universal threat. The fact that he could straight up go toe-to-toe with the Hulk (The Strongest One There is!) was dumb. I'm glad the big green guy punched his face in.

In other words, Thanos IGNORS the Hulk's presence as he always has. Therefore, there was no reason to get up. To Thanos, Hulk is nothing more than an insignificant man. The surprise of the script was to make the girl with the sword and the jewel heroes. They were the ones who ended Thanos. Hulk went there and beat an already unconscious Thanos. This is the reality of the facts.

So far to this date in cannon material there has been no clear winner between Thanos and Hulk in all encounters, but Thanos has seemed dominant. Even when he swatted Drax and Hulk away wearing the Infinity gauntlet Hulk never was down as long as Thanos was here. Colleen walks slowly over and talks to Hulk and thank him before she continues talking to Thanos. The mind stone summoned someone able to take Thanos down. Hulk took him down hard...

Funny title. Yep real man when he bite, tried to scratch his eyes and cheap shot him in the back lol But seriously, Thanos screwed up. He broke Hulk's neck and had him down, and stupidly turned his back. I mean come on Thanos, I know you've beat Hulk every time, but don't be so foolish. But then Hulk turned around and did the same thing, he had Thanos down and stupidly turned his back. Sure that hurt like kill, but Thanos has been through a hell of a lot worse. This is the Mad Titan we're taking about, and its gonna take more then a cheap shot to the back to keep him down. Not saying Hulk didn't win, but he should have made damn sure Thanos wasn't going to get up before Colleen showed up. Cause it looked like he very well was gonna get back up. Hell, when Colleen showed up Thanos showed that he didn't care about Hulk, and what happened, but just the stone. I think they should of waited a moment, to really show that Thanos was done, had Hulk leave then have Colleen show up and stab Thanos in the brain. Really sell the win.
