I’d just like to say: Five’s entire “looks 13 but is actually like 50” thing probably makes having a love interest difficult so making the love interest a mannequin with no age is a creative, yet interesting way to deal with that problem.
Ur so right! Obviously no one else survived the apocalypse, and once he returned, anyone his age would look like a creep and anyone who looks like him would make him a creep (and exasperate him with the intellect gap)
The only ones who'd understand is the rest of the Academy, and then we're back to incest
Obviously, we could have had five without a love interest, but it was so great to see a sweeter side to him
Well love interest isn't necessary. Plus, Dolores is more of a companion (at least that's what it is in the show) not as a relationship.
And then there's the handler

This is so close to the original show. You can see how much effort and care was put into everything- the casting, the costumes, the set design, the camera shots, even the soundtrack. It's incredible.
