The Alazan Courts which are composed of 501 units, which account for roughly 1,200 residents.
Over the decades, the complex of brick and cinder block apartments just west of downtown have fallen into disrepair, leaving many of its 1,200 low-income residents, whose average yearly income is $8,700, living in substandard housing.

When we first moved here from Cali 22 years go this is where we were. My mom told me one time she was walking with me in the stroller and out of no where dude pulls a rifle and lets it go off. Glad my parents busted their ass to get us out of there.

Can you capture the neighbor hood schools I believe you have a old cemetery around the neighborhood .and the local church. I grew up in this neighborhood back in 76.
