So many options for skirts and so many options for blade configurations I keep both these components in my boat.. great video for some basic color selections! Thx
Great info, Miles! I've actually been throwing a spinnerbait quite a bit lately. I find it works great along the mud lines in the water (where you can see the divide between the chocolate milk and cleaner water).
They definitely do work good in those situations.
Appreciate the video listening real close .I picked up a important tip on that gray one. I like white with 2 Indiana blades. Gonna check um out.
Glad the video may have helped!
Thanks for the video Miles! What size of spinnerbait do you use for the steeper banks/bluff walls? and do you use a trailer?
I usually use a 3/4oz, and yes, I do use a small swimbait trailer if I’m slow rolling my bait.
@@SonarFishing thanks so much miles! Will try that
Miles, for us Florida anglers fishing in tannic water, do you still fish spinnerbaits? Do you switch to brighter colored spinnerbaits, or do you switch to chatterbaits or some other lure? Thanks.
Great question! Actually, spinnerbaits account for some of the biggest fish Ive hooked and caught in Florida. Spinnerbaits are a big deal down there to imitate some of the smaller native baitfish species. I actually like spinnerbaits with small gold willow leaf blades and really like using skirts with lots of gold in them, and sometimes more bluegill colors. White and shad colors can work well too but I usually tend to lean towards more natural greens and golds in Florida.
I'll switch between both of these baits. If I'm not getting bit on the one I'm throwing i will switch. Great video 📹
Thanks for the tips. When do you change blade like going from silver to gold.
Great question! I think I’ll do a video response on this one soon!
Great video. Do you normally throw a spinnerbait with or without a trailer?
Great question! I’ll do a video reply on this question soon!
Love my Slingblades and I wanna ask what weight do you use the most? I’ve also used curly tail grubs for trailers, do you add trailers ? Thanks Miles 👍
I think I’m going to do a video on trailers for spinner baits soon! Thanks Will!
