If your presentation is a critique or analysis of it then yes but you cannot present the paper as your own work

If I Write an abstract about something which is not made yet, how can I write about the results in the abstract?

Hi, it looks like you are doing a future-looking abstract: this means you should consider the ‘so what’ of your project and methods, but you cannot include findings and/or conclusions as you ou don’t have them yet. So you can either just say you don't have them or say what you predictions are but be clear these are predictions.
