I bet in 3 years this will be considered like, very good, but the same way we saw AAAing Max 300 a few years ago. Amazing stuff though from Mr. Brosoni, shocking.
Well the core gameplay between those 2 dancing games are pretty much the same. If there's anything that would appeal the 2 different audiences, it will be the soundtracks and the stepcharts.
At 0:07 do i see Kevbo on the screen ? :D 1:16 - 1:22 was nuts. Awesome PFC and footwork. I lol'd at DrD comment about flowers. I'm also almost sure that someone played KanKan on Jubeat.
LOL have you seen any of their videos? By far their accuracy, footspeed, and endurance is on a completely different level than someone PFCing DDR songs. I'm sure the timing windows have not changed since Supernova meaning you just have to press earlier than you're supposed to (stupid tight marvelous windows) and plus the songs on DDR are all offsync as hell. Most songs people make for ITG are exactly synced meaning you have to press it the second it hits the arrow markers.
In this sense people already AAAed Fascination MAXX since the first week Supernova 1 came out (admstyles). Yes I know that was awhile ago but clearly that's still on X3 and doesn't look like the chart has changed. 2. ITG is not just about stamina and endurance, the ITG community is full of many different type of players so there are so many different type of charts that include everything even little gimmicks that you don't normally see in DDR charts which are made by the staff at Konami.
@FunnyAnimatedNewb lol really? i was pretty sure it was Flowers by TERRA and then i also heard Sakura Sunrise by Ryu. all i know is, i couldn't hear Fascination at all lol
The reason I compared fast streams is because that's a small factor that the 2 games have in common in terms of their charts.Like I said previously streams are in everything. You make it sound like you don't know what a stream is. There are so many ways of making a stream, it's not just in the shape of all 4 arrows right after each other in succession over and over again.
not that real real real good players are stingy after beating a game or anything, but homey looked so excited that he seemed to surprise himself, congrads tho
Watch this video, there are a bunch of stream runs. Going away from streams like I said before DDR charts use like the same patterns very often in a lot of their songs which just include a ton of random jumps and slow streams and crossovers. Which in this case, most pro ITG players can do all of these things with great accuracy and ease since DDR charts only go as long as what, 2.5 mins.
It's very difficult to adapt to the same difficulty level from DDR/ITG to that definitely. 4. I mean on a DDR video it's clear which spectrum people would be interested in. I'm sorry but the both scenes have been dying out lately but the DDR scene died out pretty quickly after ITG2 came out. You know why? Because at the time it was so much harder than DDR and added slight new elements to the game like hands and mines which you won't see in ANY DDR game.
Both have 4 arrows. Theres only so little that you could do with 4 different buttons. The only real difference between the songs I see are the patterns which people utilize but with more variety within the ITG community. The point is I don't think the hardest songs made for DDR compare to the harder ITG songs in terms of speed, bpm, difficulty of the runs, and how much endurance you need to even finish/be very accurate consistently.
Which in the case of all 3 factors, this doesn't mean that anyone can do it. I'd like to see you try any of the songs in any of the Tachyon packs and even get a 90+ and say that it's easier to do than the hardest of DDR songs. Also, you make it sound like anyone can do streams 24ths or 16th at over 200bpm with ease especially with runs that last for over a minute to 5.
If you're going to start an argument the least you could do is read what the other person said instead of being so salty about me liking ITG>DDR.1. I didn't even mention Extreme, and the latest I played up to was X2 in the arcade which, sucked. Anyway you talked about how no ITG player could even PFC anything BROSONI has done. In what context could you possibly put this statement in besides saying that because it's different in terms of difficulty?
You do realize that's the same exact speed as Anti-Matter's stream, Pluto Relinquish's stream, Fascination MAXX's stream, and Mei's stream, right? That song's speed is very close to Possession, Valkyrie Dimension, PARANOiA Revolution, and I'm So Happy. Judging by his scores on these, I think he could pass that song NP.
Also saying ITG players only care about stupid BPM and streams is misconception, I mean BPM is important in terms of just how fast the difficult runs would be going but like I said that makes it a lot more challenging once you have songs that go way up there with BPM with 24th runs at over 200bpm+. That provides a whole new level of difficulty. 3. If you're entire argument is about trying to say the games are completely different,
No shit there are harder songs nowadays but I'm comparing his skill level, this is a song that has a few jumpstreams and 1 24th stream run for like 1 second and only short 16th stream runs. OML is like all 16th jumpstream/streams at 200bpm. This looks like it just barely reaches 200bpm and it's only a minute and a half long. OML is 2+mins of constant streams while this isn't. So comparing endurance wise I would be surprised if he could even get a 95+ on OML.
I still don't see what you're trying to get at. I've already pointed out the differences, which in that case, don't make it a completely different game where pro players from 1 spectrum can't even get close to being as good in the other. It's the same fucking buttons, can have the same type of patterns, and doesn't require much getting used to in terms of anything especially timing. It's only slight differences. If you add PIU to the mix then that's very different.
Or even up to 5+ minutes which people do nowadays with ITG songs. Not to mention anti-matter has a ton of short stream runs so you're contradicting yourself by saying all "New-gen" players care only about streams. The whole point of this argument is that it's about how difficult the songs are. They are essentially the same game so saying that they are not comparable is just stupid.
And 3. I didn't even remotely say anything about ALL ITG players. I just named the best ones. I never said anything bad about DDR, DDR players or the game. All I did was state my opinion on why BROSONI is not the best (which everyone seems to be going crazy about) because he PFCed a song that does not look as difficult as other songs out there and that I think other players possibly from the other community can probably do the same
Just to prove it's not just about stamina and endurance just look through like calimist, happyfeet or darkxuxa's channel. They have so many videos about geting quads on difficult songs or even just 99.9x on DF songs or just very long songs which are also not just about streams. Plenty of 24th jack runs, a lot of jump runs, I mean the songs aren't just 16th streams all day like you and many other angry DDR players keep claiming about with ITG.
DDR has all the Maxx songs which people like iamchris4life, bluemystic, and Adamstyles plus the many other well-known ITG players have AAAed/AAAAed over 6 years ago and people like Brosoni are just barely AAAing the newer Maxx songs So you stating that you have more interest with the "old-school" style of DDR completely contradicts your statement of DDR being more difficult.
I'm sorry but what makes it sooooo different of a game besides the offsync songs, slightly different (worse) timing windows and the terrible charts that have too many nonsensical jumps and crossovers. You can easily compare the two when it's essentially the same game besides these differences. That doesn't change how fast they can move, how accurate they are (not by much, easily adaptable) and how much endurance they have to finish crazy songs. Just watch any of their newer stuff and compare.
Also saying that I was "butthurt" would also be incorrect. The correct term would be, "pissed off" that you keep putting words in my mouth and keep ranting about invisible claims. I've even stated that DDR is what I started with and haven't even made any comment against the franchise at all. I've played both for a very long time. I'm not the best nor do think I'm even close but, I've seen enough and played enough to know when 1 is harder than the other.
LOL no, because I went through and explained to you exactly why none of that is true. Not once did I mention PLAYERS being different. Simply because they are not. You being the biased fanboy here the whole time just keep mentioning players and keep saying ITG PLAYERS this that and this saying how bad they are and they suck, etc. When I haven't mentioned that at all. Also, I've been barely even talking about ITG by itself this whole time. While you've been talking about it in every single comment
"it's false that DDR players care about just stream (see video for proof), but oh man do newer ITG players care. And they don't shut up." "Typical ITG elitist. Sorry that everyone can't be as good as you at handling streams at x BPM with xth streams/dumpstream/jumpstream/¬who gives a shit." It's even funnier when the little ITG elitists come in and start trying to defend their game by calling DDR out when, without it, ITG would never exist in the first place." Point proven, who isbutthurt now?
So the whole fact of my argument being exactly against both of those points, also proves: 1. I have yet to have been the one who was "butthurt" since you clearly are posting about your negativity with ITG and ITG players, while all I have been saying was that they are the same game (go back and read and you'll see that's what I've been saying from the start). I've also proved my points with a lot of backing while you have been crying about ITG players and ITG not being as good as DDR.
No reason to delete my comments when they actually make sense. Never go to court, you'll lose a lot of money quick just from how you handle your arguments. I don't care what you like over the other, I've already explained they have minor differences and they are essentially the same game, NEITHER IS BETTER--I'VE ALREADY STATED THIS SO MANY TIMES AS WELL. GO BACK TO ENGLISH CLASS AND REMEMBER TO READ BETWEEN THE LINES.
Just face it, you're butthurt about me giving my own opinion on the best ITG players vs best DDR players. I enjoy DDR that's why I play both, and also why I haven't said anything against it (besides X2 which the machine had a terrible pad). If I didn't love DDR why would I play ITG? As I've stated so many time before, the reason being is because they are the same damn game. If I was butthurt at all, I would be like you; complaining about the players and how much they suck.
I love the way he bounces up and down when he completes a song. ^_^
0:53 I see, He did mix up his combo on 華爛漫 ~Flowers~
it's true haha bad luck :(

jamas crei que fuera posible!!
Felicitaciones por tu PFC!! :D
OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!BrosOni you are definitively a incredible DDR player this AAA (PFC) is just fantastic!!!!!!!!!!GG Man^^
That is a mega sick score, good job. I really wish he had ITG in Japan - he could get pretty good at it I'd imagine
"STAR MAGIC" too good.
this is my favorite song i jus wish i had his speed and accuracy to do it awesome job!
Brosoni has done the impossible...
I bet in 3 years this will be considered like, very good, but the same way we saw AAAing Max 300 a few years ago.
Amazing stuff though from Mr. Brosoni, shocking.
11 years ago. Man I feel old af
you got extra points for doing it with the cap that way , whats your name? Godzilla? Goku?
Well the core gameplay between those 2 dancing games are pretty much the same. If there's anything that would appeal the 2 different audiences, it will be the soundtracks and the stepcharts.

I almost did this without the bar! :O Brosoni should do that, super tiring at the end! :P
これは本当に驚くべきです! 私はこの男が余分のアンコールで Valkyrie 次元を終えることができるかどうか見ることを望みます。
Incredible...!
@mateogalvan People say that DDR X2 is actually good. And ITG no longer exists. They COULD get PIU, though (I think).
LOL have you seen any of their videos? By far their accuracy, footspeed, and endurance is on a completely different level than someone PFCing DDR songs. @FunnyAnimatedNewb lol really? i was pretty sure it was Flowers by TERRA and then i also heard Sakura Sunrise by Ryu. all i know is, i couldn't hear Fascination at all lol
:( u guys are lucky we dont got ddr x 2 in the U.S yet not to mention ddr x 1 anyway you are a legend nice game man :)
@GamePro0012 No it still exists. There are still machines. Its not like they all disintegrated the moment konami won the lawsuit...
@eric123chan Yeah, it was Flowers in the background.
Congratulations!!! You are Connected!

Someone was playing Flowers on the other DDR machine....haha
he levitates at 0:50
@TheOneBlueNinja ahh ikr it's adorable to me

Nah son, they can do this in new york too.
more like dat practice
THAT........WAS FUCKING HAM
....who the fuck is this kid?!!?!? Seriously, you can't practice like this at your house or anything...he's easily the best player I have ever seen.
He probably plays reverse because he is used to Beatmania.
Being offsync doesn't make it harder just make it stupid to even bother with proper accuracy in DDR.
I could hear stuff from jubeat, flowers and sakura sunrise but I couldn't hear the song at all lol
should be called God Feet
took the words right out of my mouth! I was gonna put "Feet of the Gods" xD
I can do this with a remote cant imagine Doing it on a dance pad....

I think kristoph212 forgot what a dancing game is
Level: Asian
that would actually be better since some ITG players seem to suck at being accurate at easy stuff lol
Holy shit

ITG talk on a BROSONI video?
Nigga please, take your ITG shit out of here :P

I'm not saying this BROSONI guy is not good but I doubt he can even pass this song:
/watch?v=59j-BWxiQ4w&feature=relmfu
Somebody ship an ITG dedicab over to these guys. DDR charts are so lame.
dammit!!!!!!

And god I feel bad for you guys having to play such a trash game. Get an ITG dedicab.
Quite wrong, go look up Mad Matt, Calimist, Happy Feet, or DarkXuxa with ITG after their name. Easily better than this guy.
lol at 0:53 you can see the player on the right machine fuck up his combo at the end of flowers. :P
On a related note, holy shit!
