I am 77 and just sold my tree stump grinding business. Your advice is spot on. One thing I always did was show up in a fresh shirt to each job if I was sweaty from a previous job. It makes a difference. I always kept a stack of folded clean shirts in my truck. I like your advice to NEVER cuss in front of customers. I gave advice, on forums, to many young guys trying to start out. I told them there are two things that will put you out of business fast. That is, if you over price your work you will not get work and if you underprice your work you will put yourself out of work. Also, NEVER give your work away by trying to undercut someone else's price. I enjoy all your videos.
I have a lawn care business and have used Ego Electric for 8 years. Still using original batteries and it's been absolutely top notch. 0 maintenance, very durable, battery life and charge speed is top ter tech and wouldn't do it any other way.
Great presentation Johnny. Some really good, sound advice for starting and maintaining a successful lawn care business. Nice crisp clean finish to the property as well. Many thanks for sharing with us Johnny. Much appreciated. POP SMOKE PEACE ✌️ 🫶
Pros of a 1099 Lawn Care Employee Cost Savings: No need to pay payroll taxes, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance. Flexibility: More freedom for the worker to manage their own schedule and workload. Reduced Liability: Less legal responsibility for the worker's actions and accidents. Cons of a 1099 Lawn Care Employee Less Control: Limited ability to dictate specific work hours, methods, or equipment. Tax Compliance: More complex tax reporting requirements for both you and the worker. Worker Misclassification Risk: Incorrect classification can lead to significant penalties. Potential Quality Control Issues: Less direct oversight may impact the consistency of work.

Johnny! What do you think about property management companies. To get more work and customers for revenue.
I had bad experiences with them, lots of pictures to show the work 30+ took 60 days to get my money and they paid me pennies, I don't recommend
