It’s does have a mystical feel! We just wish we could have seem the lights
So wait a minute,...you EACH had a can of Beenie Weenies??,.....Luxury, why when I was your age my Dad would wake us up half an hour before we went to bed, feed us cup of freezing cold Oaty O's with milk substitute and then make us fish all day in the freezing streams of the Rocky Mountains and if we didn't catch a Rainbow, Cutthroat or Bull Trout he'd make us sit by the fire, which we had to make and eat hot dogs and such before going to bed an looking at the stars till we fell asleep. And you try and tell that to the children of today, and they won't believe you!!
What a gorgeous place, and some really beautiful camera work Elizabeth!! The East Coast of North America has some truly stunning places, and I'm so happy you guys are featuring some of them and their legends! I don't think I could do the hike out anymore what with my artificial leg but I don't imagine Chris was too upset following his Beautiful Wife up those trails and back to the truck. How adorable was the third date story, which reminded me of a date I took a girlfriend on back in the late 80's to a place along the Red Deer river called the Ya-Ha-Tinda Ranch which is where the Alberta Government keeps our stock of Wild Horses. So we fished the river all day then set the box tent up in the bed of my truck and made camp. Next morning we had coffee while watching a herd of wild horses play and goof around through my spotting scope, she still mentions that weekend when we see each other I'm sure to the chagrin of her Husband and two kids.
Now I get to go back and find the videos that aren't popping up on my notifications, but before that I will share some good news, I am NO LONGER an insulin dependent Type 2 Diabetic!! My Blood Sugars have remained low and stable for over a year so my Doctor pulled me off the injections!! Also, my wrecked right shoulder is going to be seen by a surgical consultant to prepare me for the upcoming rebuild surgery, sometime this year!! I'm so happy things are finally moving in a positive direction!! Much Love to you both, and Mona, Keep on Truckin' - Dave

For drying boots, we use a Craftsman 20v heat-gun on 'LOW'.
We have an enormous collection of Craftsman battery-powered tools, including a chain-saw and weed-whacker.
Maybe ryobi has the same heat gun.
Oh no your drone died :( That footage was amazing and I love how you edited the drone footage into your dialogue. I really need to go there and try to see the alien lights :)
We sent it back and got it fixed so not a complete loss on the drone. It’s a beautiful area! Hopefully you see some lights ! 🛸

In my experience you cant see the brook trout in a stream. They are hiding to ambush a bug in the water. And they must hide from raccoons.

A set of leveling blocks is easier than digging holes for leveling your rig. They’re not to expensive. Plastic and light weight.
We were using cut up pieces of 2x6 but ran out of boards lol 😂. Those plastic blocks seem like there are super handy

You two definitely embrace the “Adventures” portion of channel name. That hike was crazy - more so on the way out. I remember watching the steep hikes in Guam, but there was a rope involved you could hang onto if you needed it. No rope this time - just tree branches, bushes, and rocks.

Wow, that's a steep hill climb. Steeper than Mount Lam Lam. Nice adventure and I'm sure Mona liked it. Oh, you probably know but Guam was just hit by a super typhoon. The island is destroyed.
