I think it's because with Gwen you'd prefer farm early and get first item and lvl 6 fast to be strong so the ability haste is better for farming faster than 45AP or other item
@@neo-kun1695 I mean, I've tested all 3 options, and recurve bow and blasting wand offer equal dps and clear times. Fiendish Codex is about 15 seconds slower full clear (with buffs). It's also a bit under in dps on a dummy.
