Very thought provoking vlog mam.one thing which I observed in making carrot rice you added pulses for protein is a good thing for growing children.Generally we make one pot rice for easy cooking but without proper protein requirement so it is a good information.Regarding women in 40 nowadays because of life style or food habits or genetics or usage of chemical fertilizers veg cereals etc all getting menopause or peri at early stage.So health awareness and staying fit becoming must as we use only gadgets for household works ..Yes mam traditionally brought southi dian women mostly care for their family rather than for themselves.So nothing wrong in making kids to do self service.Happy to see such vlogs mam

I am 46. Thanks Suba for motivating as i also did yoga till two months back for a year. Now getting back to routine is difficult. After seeing this, from tomorrow i am going to start doing yoga.
