I find it super hilarious even as adult but to add the icing on the cake you have a goofball assistant in Becky who could be a real goofball herself to match Dave’s goofiness they are both super Ginuwine I wish that there was more goofballs like them out there to make the kids and adults laugh 😆
Hardcastle I feel like a lot of this situation is Dave’s fault, especially when he failed to finish casing all the mail (and stopping Becky too) because of the temptation to drive the mail truck.
After seeing the segment on how mail is sent out in the Works home video, "In My House" (which featured footage of a Canada Post truck at work, along with Canada Post workers since Works was a Canadian kids' TV show), I learned about how mail deliveries work by watching this Real Wheels home video as well. Thanks for uploading it since it's pretty fabulous!
I worked part time for a computer resale service cleaning similar pieces to these. You'd be astonished to see how much gunk gets on the rollers, gears, and sensors from money and envelopes.
This tape is the reason I knew what a DBCS was the first time I went into a P&DC, and what "casing the mail" was before a single day of Carrier Academy. (btw, 2-seater LLVs exist)

I think this is a particularly odd one because on the box of the video it was there goes a mail truck but in the video it calls itself there goes the mail WHICH IS IT DAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
