"takt op." is a new project announced and collaborated by DeNA and Bandai Namco, includes TV anime and game for smartphone. The game is a "classical music-themed x bishojo RPG.

I don't understand, how many time has passed from anime? Is main character Takt? Are Anna and Destiny one being now?
The anime is the prequel of the game. What happens is that Takt is kept in an incubator for treatment where he sleeps until he recovers fully.
SPOILER BELOW
Destiny sacrifices her life (and the remainder of Cosette) in order to save Takt. At the end of the anime, Anna(Cosette's older sister) says that “Before his(Takt) treatment ends and he wakes up, I’ll do my best to accomplish a world that allows music to play freely. This is the wish they entrusted me..” and to fulfill their wish of a music-filled world she becomes the special Musicart "Destiny". In the end, the story of the anime extends to the game’s story where Anna Schneider becomes the Musicart, Destiny.

@@Harythy is it implied that and keeps her memory when she becomes a musicart or does she lose them like Cosette did? Or could it be like storage where the key to destiny she got contained a copy of destiny(Cosette's) memories
@@keionchua6777 Destiny was born from Cosette and Cosette's necklace. When Cosette dies while protecting Takt from the D2s her body is taken over by Destiny and that is why she doesn't have any of Cosette's memory. At the end of the anime, Destiny also dies and the only thing left of the two girls is the necklace. The same necklace is used by Anna in order to gain the power of Destiny.

Is it a way to find this gameplay with English subtitles? Man I just want to know if destiny is still there. Or is it just Anna?. Honestly that ending was awful.
This was a closed beta and the game has only been announced for the Japanese and Chinese version so no English version as of now. You can check my reply to the pinned comment for more info regarding Destiny and Anna.

Currently I've only seen the Japanese and Chinese version but since it's by Bandai Namco, there should be a global version in the future.

@@Twilight55685 The game has not been released yet but there is a live stream planned on 26th of September in which I strongly believe that they'll announce the release date. The game is planned to be released this year.
