Biographies - Autobiography Psychology Spirituality Startups Business News (what's happening nationally and international) Body language Communication Take 30 days oath You need to make a 1 minute video of yourself daily with your phone on any topic you read that day. And increase timing day by day 2 min 3 min 5 min so on. If you are comfortable in english, make it in english if not mix it with urdu. But do it daily. Also make a sheet to track yourself daily Now in sheet make 4 columns In first column add how much fillers you use like hmm, AA, yes Day1 Day 2 Day 3 At Least 15 days 2nd pauses column How you take pauses and how many pause you take in a video 3rd fast (how fast you are going) Kaha fast tha kaha ziada pause tha 4th deepness How deep is your content, is it useless or useful. How to build deepness when you start read read read. 3rd Rule: You have to normalize the opposite gender Don’t see every girl like a date object, normalize talking to girl. Don’t be afraid to talk to her. Don’t time pass please. Approach her like a friend so you are clear. Learn to master the rejection Everyone rejects in their life. Normalize this in communication, when you don’t take it seriously like you are a normal person if someone rejects you ok move forward. I have one drawback ki I want to read books every day, maintain my diary every day, continue learning my new language journey in Duolingo but some time I forget to do everything, so, I punish myself by doing more hard work or pushing myself in athletic {sprinting} performance {btw I am training myself for the Nationals}. So, you know regularly training leg muscles is just like pulling out bullet from your abdominal muscles, but at the end I win myself because I love myself more.

Being an introvert i really feel shy and fear while talking to others. But idk why but i feel comfortable when i have conversation with that people with i whom i share same knowledge, vibrations and same intrest. Mai eye contact bana paati hu and i feel really comfortable around them that i can ask questions and tell them views. But i feel fear in starting to approach people and think " what they will think about me" and as a short girl i really really feel insecurities that people will jugde me , they won't take me seriously and i can't match their level. But when people starts to talk about same skills and share same intrests my confidence boosts up automatically. 😭

You need to make a 1 minute video of yourself daily with your phone on any topic you read that day. And increase timing day by day 2 min 3 min 5 min so on.
If you are comfortable in english, make it in english if not mix it with urdu.
But do it daily.
Also make a sheet to track yourself daily
Now in sheet make 4 columns
In first column add how much fillers you use like hmm, AA, yes

At Least 15 days
2nd pauses column
How you take pauses and how many pause you take in a video
3rd fast (how fast you are going)
Kaha fast tha kaha ziada pause tha
4th deepness
How deep is your content, is it useless or useful.
How to build deepness when you start read read read.
3rd Rule: You have to normalize the opposite gender
Don’t see every girl like a date object, normalize talking to girl. Don’t be afraid to talk to her.
Don’t time pass please.
Approach her like a friend so you are clear.
Learn to master the rejection
Everyone rejects in their life.
Normalize this in communication, when you don’t take it seriously like you are a normal person if someone rejects you ok move forward. Don’t stick to it and start overthinking about it.
4th rule: Power of listening
If you can listen, you are outstanding.
A: ACTIVE LISTENING
It means just listen to listen, Means koi tumhy dukh bari kahani sunaye apni foran usy apna gyan mat deny lag jao suno pehly us ko achi trha sy phir gyan do.
Let her/him speak.
B:PASSIVE LISTENING
You are listening so you give response means you answer to that or react to that.
5th rule: Be yourself
Communication is simply what I say to yourself, do you understand it easily or not. Language doesn’t matter, it doesn’t mean you speak english or urdu/hindi.
Develop your own style, don’t copy anyone.
It will build through practice in daily life.
6th rule: You can visualize
It means you have a power to visualize things you are going to do. I mean you are going to do meeting with someone, you lock yourself in a room and start visualizing, I am going to the meeting, if they reject me don’t worry I will react like this and that etc.

7th rule: How do you dress?
You build confidence when you wear good dress.
Don’t wear expenses dress. It means how you carry yourself.

Being an introvert i really feel shy and fear while talking to others. But idk why but i feel comfortable when i have conversation with that people with i whom i share same knowledge, vibrations and same intrest. Mai eye contact bana paati hu and i feel really comfortable around them that i can ask questions and tell them views. But i feel fear in starting to approach people and think " what they will think about me" and as a short girl i really really feel insecurities that people will jugde me , they won't take me seriously and i can't match their level. But when people starts to talk about same skills and share same intrests my confidence boosts up automatically. 😭
