Not my best run and definitely a lot of room for improvement, but it's a little annoying so I'll take what I can get. Only Carthage left now!

Are these possible on VH/VH?
Not in the exact same way, but the diplomacy works the exact same on every difficulty. You just have less money to work with and the autoresolves are harder.

@@SkyWayMan90 yea so for example you can still buy all of Carthage’s settlements as scipii just sack Syracuse and u will have money to bribe Carthage just like that. I find it cool!
