@ pretty much the same as we do with our son nine times out of 10 he usually has his tea a bit earlier and to be quite honest he rarely eats what we’re eating because he doesn’t like it but just wanna say keep going with your weight loss journey you’re doing amazing and love how honest you are on your channel XX
