Naezy, short for ‘Naved is Crazy’, is not just making waves - but creating a tsunami in the Indian Hip Hop scene. Unlike most rappers, Naezy brings in a social element into his music, trying to bring about a change in today’s complacent youth. No wonder Zoya Akhtar found inspiration in him for her upcoming directorial venture: Gully Boy. Gully Boy is set to star Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, a pairing yet to hit the silver screen. As the first rapper to be launched on Saavn’s new project, Artist Originals - a venture aimed at bringing underground artists to light, Naezy is surely deserving of such an opportunity.

1.Naezy has the best multisyllabic ryhmes in the desi hip hop scene.
2.The bars & the storytelling are so smooth & natural.
3. Wordplay is cleverly hidden (but I do think there should be a platform like rap genius for Hindi lyricists as well)
4.Flow is freaking unique.
There should be a separate record label for hip-hop like in USA (Bad boy, Aftermath, Young Money etc)
