English: Xinyu, and I think Nakyoung is also fluent since her pronunciation is the bes
Mandarin: Xinyu & Nien
Vietnamese: Nien
Japanese: Kotone, Kaede, Mayu, Lynn
Varshows PDs should cast them for global travel shows.
Yooyeon and Seoyeon are also capable of speaking fairly decent English, based on an interview they released not too long ago.
No one of them is actually fluent in English, fluent means you can talk at least a full pharagraph without hesitation and without thinking (of a translation phase in your brain)? I don't think anyone of them is on that level, yet.
But, I know Xinyu, Yooyeon is quite good but they're not an active speaker. Seoyeon also quite confident talk little bit in english. But as a speaker, no one has decent level yet, I hope ModHaus trained them further on this.
Because I know they're taking english lesson too. I think in the future, English representative would be important. But, if you ask me, ModHaus should take over Japanese as their second priority, after going quite strong in Korea atm...next they should going to Japan, promote there, and aiming for big success in japan charts. Second largest kpop market is still Japan too.
joobin is fluent i believe, she is in an english-teaching school rn, not sure if xinyu is considered as fluent or not cuz she did survive in a US uni for a while

JooBin is actually fluent in English cuz she goes to International school.
Joobin and Xinyu are the closest to fluent in English having both attended English speaking schools
Yooyeon passed the English SAT
Seoyeon, Nakyoung, and Jiwoo are learning English
And the others all speak basic/survival level English
