2024 anyone? It's still and will always be one of the best YA Literature books EVER written! Thank you, Miss Susan Eloise Hinton! Daniel Roberts, thank you for reading with us! You're one of the !
That ending was one of the best endings I have ever read. It really just makes you sit there in awe, just wonder. I can't even explain what I am feeling, but it is worth it.
Wow! Starting with Johnny's letter. Hmmm, I know the feeling. You are acknowledging your own existence and the love of life, and it feels good, doesn't it? I got $20 on that explanation. :)
I cried so much during this chapter. Especially during the end because that really is how the world is now. And young boys and girls actually have to go through all of this. It breaks my heart just thinking about it.
Is anyone else here because your ELA teacher made you read it for an assignment but there was an option to listen to the audio book, so you did that because you hate actually reading? Well if that is a yes, same here.

@Mr. Trip i will not lie, i don’t remember anything about the book or the movie except the water fountain scene and when they were laying in the hay. i also remember how when we watched the movie, everyone in the classroom was freaking out over the “hot” characters like ponyboy and dallas while i was just there like “🧍♀️…”

You make it seem so real and other Audiobooks I have listened to they were kind of boring and I was very lost but when I am listening to yours you made it seem so interesting and made me really like a book for a first time in a while and you also helped with school so thank you so much :)

I've been reading this book since I the film came out in the 80's, I've probably read it over a dozen times since then but this is the first time I've listened to it. Thank you for taking the time to read this to us. I don't know about anyone else but I've cried several times through this and to be honest, I'm kinda glad. I don't know why but I am.
